Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Right next to the train station which was perfect, and an open top red bus stop across the street.

Travelled 16 hours and checked in late and they gave a room with no AC. I had to call the reception and report a room change. Breakfast was bare minimum and I got to know that I could request for omelettes only on day 3 of my stay. All seasoning containers are always empty. The water can in the gym is always empty. Rooms are good and well maintained through.

The location is perfect, right next to the train station, 15 minutes' drive from the airport, and a few minutes' walk to the metro. The front desk was very friendly. The room was not large, but laid out neatly. Very nice hotel.

Very clean room, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is terrific and starts at 7:30am. No kitchen over the weekend, so won’t have hot breakfast.

The room was well-equipped with amenities like slippers and dental kits. The location was convenient for transport, and the front desk staff spoke good English and were efficient.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and spacious, with that classic Marriott style. Highly recommend staying here for your whole trip. I regretted staying in the old town initially. It's also close to the train station. Very highly recommended.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was terrible and the rooms were in awful condition. The shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold with no in-between, and the room itself wasn’t properly cleaned. On top of that, the AC made a loud, constant noise all night, making it nearly impossible to get any rest.

We had a really poor experience overall and did not sleep well here. To make matters worse, the hotel is located in one of the worst parts of Barcelona — not much to do nearby and it didn’t feel like a very safe area. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

On a business trip, the hotel is right opposite the train station and it's a Marriott property. The room had complimentary water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. The soundproofing was quite good, and the location is very convenient. My whole team stayed here for our business trip, and the front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with printing. Recommended!

Calling it old and rundown doesn't even begin to cover it. The bathtub drain was incredibly slow, and there was mold in multiple corners. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart every time I turned over.

I had already paid for the room, including the city tax, on Trip.com, but I was charged again upon check-in and then once more after checking out. I contacted Trip.com, but I still haven't received a refund. The room's soundproofing was terrible. There was some kind of community art festival happening outside with singing and dancing all night until 4 AM. The hotel didn't even provide earplugs, so I didn't sleep a wink. It was a really bad experience. I've contacted the platform multiple times, and they keep saying the hotel has arranged the refund, but I still haven't received it.
