A really great hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are super friendly. It's really close to Sagrada Familia and Estació del Nord (where you can catch a bus to Tossa). Plus, there's a metro, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is lovely and safe too. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

I booked two rooms, and this single room was for my child. It's a bit smaller, but just as clean and tidy, which is reassuring. Considering the hotel was built in 2005, it exceeded my expectations.

Stayed at this so-called 4-star Barcelona hotel, but it’s 3-star at best. Poorly maintained, room desperately needs upgrades. Floor wasn’t properly cleaned or ready for new guests. Overpriced for the subpar quality and lackluster experience. Disappointing for what they charge.

A very bad experience. The room was damp and had a strange smell. The indoor temperature was only around 20 degrees Celsius, and even setting the thermostat to 30 degrees didn't help. The bathroom was even colder, with no heating.

What's even more unacceptable is that after discovering these issues and communicating with the hotel multiple times, they completely ignored us, acting as if they didn't care and we should just deal with it.

Still waiting for Ctrip's resolution.

The room was clean, and Sagrada Familia was visible right outside the window, just a 7-minute walk away. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway and bus stop conveniently located right outside. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the Sagrada Familia and within walking distance. The room was reasonably spacious and clean. My only dissatisfaction was that for half of my three-day stay, there was no WiFi, and it wasn't fixed by the time I checked out, which was quite inconvenient.

I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons:

1. **Great Location:** It's a five-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and close to other attractions. Located in the Eixample district, it's also a very safe area.
2. **Modern and Clean:** The hotel is relatively new and very clean. With fewer rooms, it's also not as noisy.
3. **Convenient Amenities:** There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, as well as plenty of delicious local eateries and supermarkets. In short, it's very convenient.
4. **Excellent Transportation:** It's about a ten-minute taxi ride to the train station and under thirty minutes to the airport, making transport very accessible.
5. **Exceptional Service:** The front desk staff are very welcoming. Ms. Luana even went out of her way to arrange a room facing the Sagrada Familia for us. Five-star rating!
