The power went out earlier in the building, AC didn't work around the clock & no fan were given at our requests. The hotel staff were not helpful to solve the situation but attitudes, came back tomorrow. The hotel staff lack of integrity. Its truly disgusting to deal with such unprofessional business practices. We're unable to sleep all night but "sweating".
