They gave us totally the opposite a noisy room and they didnt change it for the first night
While discussing it they only replied that this booking cant be canceled because its not refunded
Anyways inwant to thank Trip.com support they did the best job possible in our case thats why itrust this platform but definitely not this hotel again
The Brazilian receptionist and the valet Max were very polite and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the city and restaurants. This service was what most enchanted us about the hotel.
