They included breakfast was amazing with both hot and cold options. Lots of seating.
The rooftop area is small and can get busy but has great views and a pool as well as a bar.
The hotel was very sweet and gave me a small gift for my birthday which was unexpected but very appreciated.
Hotel is close to transit and walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and sights. People have commented that there are a number of unhoused people in the area, which is true due to a clinic nearby, but at no point did I feel unsafe in the area.
However, poor soundproofing, which is a shame, but still reasonable.
Minor bad thing was that there were only 2 elevators and they were very busy. Sometimes you had to wait 5 minutes or more to get down to lobby or pool deck. And when the lift arrived it was full. They really emphasise you should take the stairs :)
