Went to Bankers Bar on Christmas Day. Freddy and team looked after us really well. Very friendly and helpful re choice of drinks and supper. DJ played cool music. It wasn't busy but for us it was great. Thank you Freddy and everyone. Fabulous service. Feliz Navidad and see you again. Cheers.

We had an amazing brunch at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and everything was perfectly done. Katherine was our server, and she was truly the best — attentive, kind, and made our experience even more special. Outstanding service all around. We can’t wait to come back.

Spectacular all around. Service as good if not better than any MO I have stayed at and MO sets a high bar in that category. Also the suites themselves look more like a high-end Manhattan condo than a hotel so the hard product is fantastic too. The best MO I have stayed at and easily one of the best hotels in Europe. I want to specifically thank Lucia and her team at the front desk for making what could have led to an unsatisfactory experience for us into an incredibly memorable one. Highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is a highlight in Spain. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming (always with a big smile), trying to understand our preferences and making our stay special! We could feel their care and thoroughness through the efficient services and some extra surprises e.g., a lovely paper craft flower with room service, a little cable tie, extra body cream (we used a lot), fresh fruit, handwritten cards. Many thanks! We particularly appreciate Ana’s thoughtful care and heartwarming messages with chocolates! We also enjoyed the daily brekkie at the Blanc Resturant. Ekaterina and Paulina, your attentive service was impressive!

The rooms are stylishly designed, the location is excellent, and it's connected to an art exhibition space. The public facilities are also quite good, and the breakfast is plentiful.

The room was rather small, and the window wasn't in a good position. The reason I felt it was just average is probably because others could get this room type for less money. As for the service, it wasn't as outstanding as typical Asian hotels. I had to manually pull out the door next to the Concierge room, and the Asian female staff member there didn't budge at all; this attention to detail was quite poor.

An unforgettable stay at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona❤️. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt embraced by the entire team. The reception went above and beyond to ensure I had the best room possible - quiet and peaceful after my long trip. Manager Paul, Elizabeth, and the whole team took the time to understand my needs and immediately made sure everything was taken care of.
The handwritten welcome cards, the beautifully prepared Basque cheesecake (their signature specialty), and the elegant “Welcome to Barcelona” chocolate plate were truly touching and absolutely delicious 🤤
The hotel and the suite itself were exceptional — modern, with beautiful artworks and gorgeous furniture, yet deeply connected to Spanish culture. The bathroom featured luxurious amenities, the minibar offered an impressive variety, including yogi teas and every kind of drink I could imagine. The bed gently embraced me into the most comfortable sleep.
I also had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding room service team, who completed my dry cleaning within just a few hours in the evening and returned it with a delicate touch of lavender☺️. The breakfast team noticed every detail, creating a personalized and relaxed morning experience with a wonderful selection of healthy and delicious dishes👌🏻. Even during a busy city demonstration, the doorman went out of his way to help me with my luggage and car when access was restricted.
Choosing this hotel means experiencing genuine care and comfort from A to Z.☺️❤️. You don’t even feel like leaving the property😄, yet its location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by Barcelona’s best restaurants, shopping.

When I continued to make extension at the hotel at seven in the morning, the front desk said that there was no problem. As a result, at 12 noon, we were told that we needed to change rooms urgently, so we hastily put the trunk lid on, and the front desk told us that they would send all the details to the new room completely. I also specially told the front desk that maybe we missed some small items in the room. Because they gave us too much time, please help us check the missing items. They readily agreed.After returning home from the trip, we opened the luggage rack, and all the souvenirs I bought at Sagrada Familia Cathedral disappeared, which was really very sad.The service of the hotel makes people feel very confused, and every staff has no idea about the process.

The rooms were fantastic, I love the arrangement and how comfortable it is. Shower was so relaxing it was challenging to leave the shower. The view at the top of the hotel is breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable, a balance of soft and firm to get a perfect night of sleep.

The food was prepared exceptionally, love trying the Spanish cuisine with the different types of meats. Pastries were fluffy and baked to perfection. Every member of staff were very welcoming and polite. It created a nice joyful environment.

So easy to get to nice restaurants over the town and see some markets selling local Spanish food. Also only 20 minutes by taxi away from the airport so very easy to get to.

Overall everything was beautiful and it will be a memorable experience if anyone comes here. Suitable for anything whether it is business or a place to relax.

I landed in Barcelona after so many years and I went straight to the roof top bar at the Mandarin!……after some shopping of course 🤓

The view was stunning, a little cloudy that evening but still worth it. The staff were lovely. It has taken me a week to write the review after coming back so I’m hoping the amazing Manager that evening will remember me, this review is for her and her staff ! They were all so friendly and attentive, 💯 I’d go back again and again, perhaps stay there next time as well. Location is fabulous.

The Tapas style menu divine and you have to try the patatas bravas simply one of the best 😋 too late for a picture sorry I gobbled it up! It was made churros style 👌

Thank you ladies for being so attentive and also taking my pictures for me…. If you read this I visited early evening September 11th, lady from London wearing the Sicilian lemon designed dress….waiting for her friend to land that evening. Of course I brought her back late that night again too for a night cap 😉 she loved it!

Thank you to the doormen that evening too as I came back because he said I had to visit the roof top 😁
