A perfect hotel for our 1 night stopover before heading to France. For the value price, the room was super clean and modern. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was parking available next door. We also wanted to visit the Dali Museum which was a pleasant 10-15 minutes away.

Even after trying several times to unsubscribe me from their company Pierre Vacances, they keep on sending me spam publicity. I asked the hotel in an email to unsubscribe me, no reaction...so be aware that once booked here, you won't get rid of them.

Good location, good prices, parking available. Very good breakfast but the coffee milk was slightly sweet.

Super helpful staff, humoured me with my ropey Spanish even though they all spoke English. Spotlessly clean. The fixed price dinner menu was amazing value and the breakfast buffet was terrific. All good.

I stayed here recently for a wedding, and was disappointed in my experience. Firstly, they lost our reservation because 'they switched booking systems' a few months ago. What type of hotel doesn't transfer over all the reservations made before this switch? This happened not only to us, but another one of our friends on this trip. They then told us that they are 'glad we got there early or they wouldn't have a room for us', and then proceeded to not give us any compensation for this inconvenience. Just for this alone, I would not recommend staying here.
The room itself was OK, nothing special. The sheets were a bit scratchy but the bed overall was fine. There was a half-drank juice in the fridge and a large black hair on toilet when we arrived. We then had an issue with the sink not draining. We informed the staff that this was happening, and they said they would call someone. It took over 5 hours for them to get someone to come, and we had to ask multiple times.
The location was good, and within a 5-10 minute walking distance to everything in Figueres. This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel, but I would say its closer to a 2 star.

Located at the city center very close to the highway and the Dali museum. Clean but small room without view. The shower was so small that I could not turn. It has good restaurant but expensive and there is a Mcdonald 500 metters. Parking cost 10 euro.

Excellent service. The facilities were great. The double bed was very comfortable and spacious.

Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless. Bathroom actually sparkled from cleanliness. Bed was comfortable - but it was 2 singles pushed together.

Very cute, comfy hotel , where you find all you need for your stand , but the most great of your visit will be people who work there , Jonathan was so nice, friendly , helped us all the time , we are so thankful for him , hope to see him again there )
