This hotel with a large territory and infrastructure. Located near the Central part of Lloret de Mar. Recommended as an economical option for families.

Renovated: 2007

Location: 90 km from Barcelona airport, 30 km from Girona airport, 300 m from the center of Lloret de Mar, 500 m from the beach.

Included in the group of hotels in SAMBA HOTELS.

Consists of one 6-storey building.

The hotel has 440 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy (Playa de Fenals), 500 m (3-I coast line). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The length of the beach 700 m.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express.

Pets up to 5 kg with charge, on request. The restaurant and pool entrance with animals is prohibited.

The system "all inclusive":

This was our first time as a family the day we came there was a beautiful thunderstorm, did cut all power and water and some stupid kids drinking and one fell and passed away.. we loved being at this hotel the staff were absolutely lovely so friendly. The atmosphere was great the entertainment for children was so good the women were so nice and friendly and great with kids.. beds were so comfy our room got cleaned and bedding changed everyday , I tried so many different foods I never thought I would of tried! Only bad experiences we had was the time we were there I’m guessing university were on break and they hotel hopped and just caused nothing but grief knocking on doors through the night and running off, some girl looted drink on my head over the balcony but staff did deal with it fantastic. The security guard don’t know his name really big guy was fantastic he put up with so much from the uni kids if the hotel didn’t allow the immature , drinking stupid kids we would of given 5 🌟 the beach unfortunately was not sand it was stoned and caused me a reaction.. so much to see lovely history food was lovely hotel rooms were really nice could of had some English channels but lovely views

I'd booked rooms which on ******* clearly showed two single beds and the description of the room said sleep 3 persons, however the hotel had apparently not allocated these rooms to the bookings so my team of guys were faced with sharing double beds, which is not acceptable. It needs to be clearer when booking what the layout of the room will be that you actually book.

Where do I start? Rooms tiny no phone bathroom claustrophobic. Food COLD AND TASTELESS. Entertainment poor.only Spanish dancers twice oriental dancer twice and a dodgy magic act one over a 2 week stay. No umbrellas at the pool. This hotel was FULL of youths coming in every couple of days no supervision running up and down corridors all night knocking on people's doors ALL NIGHT. The only thing that had a positive was the bar staff. Had to get dressed to come down at night to complain about the noise as no phone in room. All in all the worse holiday I've ever had.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Where do I start! Check in was ok, but we wasn’t advised where anything was on arrival. I like most foods, and will try new things but I struggled & didn’t think it was very nice at all, and some of it was cold! They seem to bring out fresh food and put it on top of the food already there and give it a mix! Glasses, cups and cutlery were not clean & you had to search through for a clean one! One restaurant worker (Gabriella) was so rude each time we went, never smiled & rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a clean glass! My room didn’t have any drinking facilities or even a small fridge to keep water in. The room phone didn’t work. I found two large pieces of plastic in some fish, made the manager aware, he went into the kitchen with it, but didn’t come and apologies to me. Entertainment was the same everyday by the pool. There was an issue where the water went off in rooms from first thing one morning so you couldn’t shower or brush your teeth or flush the toilet, this is was until around 6pm when it came back on, but the water didn’t get warm until about 8pm! The drinking system for all inclusive is ridiculous. They also don’t sell anything alcoholic but beer at the pool bar, so you had to take a fair walk to get something different at another bar, I’m not one to moan usually, but it was one thing after another. On a positive note Robert on the bar inside was very happy to help, and always smiling! Emma on the pool bar was to very nice.

Rooms are bog standard but clean, the service is awful from some of the staff but some staff are lovely, a shame some are quite rude as brings the whole place down, all inclusive is not worth it at all, very restricted on what you can have at certain times, I think they should realise all inclusive is not free for those who pay for it, its an expensive holiday, we chose all inclusive for the kids but they cant even have ice cream off the menu, just lemon or strawberry pot of ice cream wouldn't return, food in the restaurant isn't the best either, kids have eaten chips for the past 4 days coz the choice is so poor. The entertainment girls and lifeguards are the best staff. Overall we spent our hard earned money to have a good all inclusive holiday and made to feel like scruffs cause were all inclusive. Poor to say the least

Had a fantastic time with the family at hotel Samba. Great pool, lovely food and staff. Was very busy with lots of school parties and dining was manic staff finding it hard to keep up with demand for clean plates/bowls but the choice and quality of food excellent. Staff work really hard and there should be more staff on bars. Entertainment team work hard and we had fun doing aqua aerobics. Reception staff very efficient and we were helped to book a day out. Rooms basic but clean, had a couple of issues on arrival but these were sorted promptly.Great location would definitely stay here again

Okay,just.
Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

Hiba was truly the best animator! She always has a beautiful smile that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help. Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!
