DO NOT STAY HERE. This “hotel”bis not worth a star!! my friends and I stayed here for a week, my friend had her purse stolen from the hotel room on the second day which put the holiday on a damper. Went to speak to the staff and they were the most rude and unhelpful people ever. Other guests had their purse/wallets stolen too. Food is just about edible, facilities are old and outdated. One of the other guests was also staring at us getting changed in our room was outside our door which was disgusting behaviour. The cleaners REFUSED to clean our rooms after the purse incident and actually shouted at us about it. Overall hideous, Do not waste your money and have a ruined holiday! I don’t know how this place is running with how truly awful it is.

I've just got home and I'm glad to be away. The lift was a death trap waiting to happen so my partner and I took the stairs up and down each time (we were on the third floor) staff were very rude and unwelcoming. Rooms were decorated by a blind grandmother. The walls were thin enough to hear your neighbour use the loo. The baclony was grimy with a beautiful view of an abonded hotel. The rooms were full of ants and grime. The food was raw and undercooked. The drinks were served in plastic cups in a room that looked like a community hall where they decided to do "fun family discos" which was loud enough to hear clearly three floors up. The pool was dirty and cold. The cleaning staff walked in without permission when I was changing and then took minutes to leave when she should've left instantly. Would rather sleep on the street than stay there ever again.

I wouldn't give this hotel one star!!This was more of a dirty b&b than a hotel.Not the place we booked but was moved here as it turns out our original hotel was overbooked!.. Staff unfriendly and rude,rooms were filthy..food wasn't edible.
Worst holiday ever...felt more like a sentence to prison facing a mental asylum!!

It's a nice hotel to stop overnight. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is okay. Location is very good, 5minutes walk to the beach. Overall is great.

Cheap & very basic, only ideal for a boozy weekend with friends, would not dream of bringing my family here. Reception staff nice but bartenders never smile. Animation team do ok to get people involved. Food is basic but edible. Whole place needs a revamp. View from balcony made me feel like I was in the film Slumdog millionaire ?. Personally nest bit of the hotel was on the roof terrace.

Seems like every person in the hotel is saying the same thing. How terrible it is.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. the food is definitely not edible .the pool is the smallest iv seen the entertainment does not exist it's the worst holiday I've ever had don't waste your money on this place can't wait to get out of here

Stayed twice April 2010 and July 2011 both times decent enough for me, liked the jacuzzi and barman was so lovely (doubt he’s there anymore!!!)
