Absolutely terrible Food stone cold (there was a microwave) but that’s no excuse for cold food all the time U had to pay for your plastic cup every time u used one and had to take it back for ur euro back Pool is tiny Tv remote 10euro Hairdryer 10euro Staff miserable No kettle in room or fridge Entertainment NONE Ran out of Malibu and didn’t get anymore Freezing in the hotel Although room was warm Very old and dated Beds pushed together as a double rock hard £755 for 4 nights !!! Absolute shxt Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it’s supposed to be a 3 * I would give it a minus 3 * Reception staff were fab though very helpful so that’s a plus. Never again Don’t come here

This hotel is an absolute disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to feel even remotely safe. The building feels like it’s on the verge of collapse. It’s dirty and smells terrible. It’s as if the hotel has been frozen in time, long before even the Spanish Civil War. The rooms are a complete tragedy. The walls are filthy, the air conditioning vents pour out dirt, and the beds are unbearable — the springs dig into every part of your body. To make matters worse, the pillows are disgusting: one was stained with blood, the other covered in dark brown and black spots. The floor is just bare concrete — no slippers, no rugs — so don’t expect to avoid catching fungus if you walk barefoot. When I saw the first room, I asked at the reception if it was possible to get a different room for an extra charge. The staff informed me that all rooms look the same. In the end, I switched to another room simply because it had a bigger TV — the regular rooms have only a 16-inch TV with standard Spanish channels. The balconies offer zero privacy; you can see right into your neighbors’ rooms. Breakfast is inedible. The scrambled eggs taste like plastic, the bread is awful, and the bacon is just grease, not meat. When I tried to take coffee to the room, I was strictly prohibited from doing so. The only positive is the reception staff — they genuinely try to help. I requested extra pillows and a blanket, and I got them, along with a hairdryer (though you have to pay €10 deposit for the hairdryer and TV remote). The view might look beautiful in photos, but in reality, you see dead pigeons and decomposing birds from the balcony. Do yourself a favor — spend a little more money, fifty or a hundred pounds more, and stay somewhere else. This hotel is not worth the stress.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in it needs a lot of work doing to the hotel only are that looks up dated was the reception area the rest is falling apart. It seems there was only one cleaner for the place and when asked for them to clean and change the bedding in the room we got told if the cleaner had time as they had to clean the rooms for the check in so wrong. Under cooked food and if you have allergies you can't eat here as it's all cross contaminated. It smells and is not clean staff are kind of friendly but look miserable all the time but the location for stay out of the hotel is great bar restaurants beach shops and water park all within close walking. No entertainment or anything for children to do can't wait til we go home tomorrow won't ever be coming back here wish we looked at the reviews before booking Had to pay for cups that you drink out of and TV controller you had to pay a deposit for of 10 euros just so you could watch some TV for the kids or for your self can't turn the TV on from the TV no buttons to do so we checked ! Good parts is the beach and shops is about 10 mins walk down hill so not to bad and the water world parc was a 20 mins walk You can hear everything that happens in this place beds are horrible to sleep in and nothing for children at the hotel it's not worth the price you pay here good luck to who ever stays here next can't wait to get home today

I couldn't attend my reservation due to work, I tried to contact the hotel and they didn't respond. I made the request for a refund or change of date through the website and they didn't respond, meaning I lost my money.
