The other was people queuing and running (yes literally running) to get the best sunbeds when the pool opened at 9. There were a lot of sunbeds but many of them had no view of any pools so not ideal when with children

Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities

My kids played in the indoor and outdoor pools all day long and although disco was around 8pm, they were too tired to take part. Breakfast was a fantastic mix of sweet, savoury and fruits

It was beautifully situated 10 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from supermarket

I could’ve upgraded to fully inclusive, but I had already stocked on ready meals. The self catering set up was great. There was an oven, microwave, kettle and fridge, cutlery etc

There was a spa on site but I didn’t get a chance to use. But I saw people leaving looking happy. The resort was clean, staff very friendly and always happy to help

The hotel itself is lovely, the lounge area and pool are nice and relaxed and the location is very ideal, located a 5 mins walk from the beach, just around the corner from good sized supermarkets, fast food joints and the bus station

Pool is relatively small for the size of the hotel, and half of it is shallow for kids, so isn't really useful for swimming but is lovely for a cooling dip after sunbathing! It wasn't busy while we were there and we always found a space to relax but it's probably fair to say it's not massive

Only downsides I can think of were the rooms could be just a little cleaner (there was dust and cups and bath mat weren’t regularly changed) and at dinner, they forgot to ask sometimes what we wanted to drink

It’s very cozy with modern rooms and bar area and the food is really good. The bohemian style of the hotel is very nice and the staff very kind. walk to the city center while it’s in quite a quiet location

Stayed for a week at the tail end of Summer 2025. Absolutely loved it, hotel is highly recommended. The staff are the stand-out for us; incredibly helpful and polite, welcoming and friendly

Made it a cheap evenening though so that’s the up side;). If you look good enough there’s something to complain about everywhere you stay, and I’ve stayed in many hotels

We arrived to a lovely welcome from Fran who gave us the great news that we had been upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor of the main building

Reduced menu, ie there was lots not available given they are obviously running down supplies. The pool area was well maintained and the kiddies facilities brilliant and they were all having a great time

Having worked in hospitality myself in the past and being in a forward fronted job, you have to be the sort of person who likes to go above and beyond for guests who are spending their hard earned money on a holiday, especially for those with young families

My cousin and I take at least one mini break a year but normally city breaks, so this was a bit different and it really didn’t disappoint given the prices we paid via Wowcher Holidays

Not a lot open in the resort but we found a few places for food and drink and ate in once, my cousins meal was great, mine not so much but other snacks and things we had were fine

We found the staff in general were very friendly and approachable except for one receptionist who was not remotely interested in our enquiries and not helpful in any way at all

Loved it. Shocked at what you get for such a cheap price. 2 minutes to the beach. Supermarket next door. Bus station 5 minute walk to Gerona (GRN) and BArcelona (BCN) airport. Very clean.

Great location, nice pool, pleasant staff. Conditioner. Everything was nice.

hello the rooms are very clean as well as the toilets the cleaning ladies do their job very well the staff is very friendly both at reception and in the dining room by the pools it is clean every day from my terrace I saw the maintenance man cleaning

Laura the receptionist is very friendly and helpful,she couldn't do enough for us. Would have been nice to have a sea view but the location for us was superb, right on the beach and near the restaurants

Verry good central of lloret clean & great staff beach a stones throw away kfc lots of bars to eat.we are planning on returning oct.

Wonderful sea views if you get one at the front. Could have done with a couple of sachets of coffee/tea/milk when I arrived at 1. Plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom. Beds in bedroom very comfortable

The apartments are very clean and modern. No swimming pool unfortunately, hence the four stars. Everything else is excellent!

Lovely apartment,one or two burn marks in the kitchen when we arrived but apart from that very tidy. The beds are singles and not couple friendly lol

Good value, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Nice little Spa that you book by the hour, hammam, sauna, hydromassage shower, gym machines, hot tub and pretty little pool.

Super kind people, fantastic staff in the hotel, very clean rooms, new towels every day, delicious food. Hotel is just 2 minutes walking distance to beach.

the food is very good, hotel is near the beach and the main shopping street as well as a bunch of good restaurants which are nearby

we suprisingly got the room which had access to the rooftop instead of a regular balcony so this was fantastic for spending the spare time, wifi on the lower floors could be improved but we didn't have a lot of conectivity problems speed could be updated

Our suite had an enourmous balcony, massive windows, a kitchen, an extra bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus a room with our own treadmill. I don't think either of us have ever felt so relaxed

The family that run Hotel Acacias are so lovely. So happy to help with everything we could possibly need, including making lots of vegan food for my partner and I during our stay

Just back after a 5 days break brilliant little gem rooms spotless swimming pool great and the staff fantastic and lady Madonna also (resident dog) nice little dander to the wee town and a5 minute taxi away to town center and Main beach with plenty of beach activities steak house just a few minutes walk from apartment beautiful t bone steak and chip €10 and deserts to die for very friendly staff all...

Had the best time, great apartment, great location and great staff, food was good, went above and beyond for us at the end of the season when they were closing down to go and get more beer in for us which they didn’t need to do definitely be back

Lovely hotel staff friendly rooms great cafe nice as well booked for next year already as really enjoyed our stay and brilliant value for money

Amazing wee holiday we were here last June and liked it that much decided come again me and my son having great time again so far, place is clean rooms nice shower is good too , staff are all friendly and welcoming ,the hotel is out the way but not too far a walk too shops 5 mins down road so nice peaceful here, pool isn’t too cold unlike some hotels I’ve been too recently pitty weather not been too...

Snack bar is really well priced and good food for a quick bite to eat. The pool is a total sun trap! Over all we got what we paid for :) and just a short walk to the main ***** :)

Brilliant hotel with everything you need. Staff were friendly, rooms clean, food nice. Great sized pool and a smaller pool for young children. Really had nothing to complain about
