Good morning, we have just arrived from a weekend at the Norai hotel in Lloret de Mar, the word is Indígnate, first the room is cheaper than the Smart box, quite a bit although I am not surprised, we asked for a room with a balcony since everything The hotel is empty and not only do they not give it to us but they also do not give us an unfinished room, dirty and with the entrance where the card is broken with all the cables in sight, we complain and they change us to another clean one but nothing more, The breakfast buffet is 2 dishes on a small table without juice, without coffee, etc., the jacuzzi on the terrace broken everywhere, obviously not working...I don't understand how Smartbox has this type of hotels in its catalogs. At night the receptionist was with his friends at the reception with the hookahs making a big deal... incredible. I attach photos so you can see my complaint.
