Amazing stay at Hotel Norai!
I honestly don’t understand where the bad reviews come from — we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, everything is close by, and the café on the ground floor is such a nice touch.

The staff were beyond amazing — super kind, always friendly and up for a chat. Truly wonderful people who made us feel welcome from the first day. Our bed sheets and towels were changed daily, and the bathroom was perfectly clean.

We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! 🌟

Very nice location, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes and not to far from the beach. The room was cleaned daily by the lovely house keepers . I had a really warm reception when I arrived and all the staff were really polite.

Good morning, we have just arrived from a weekend at the Norai hotel in Lloret de Mar, the word is Indígnate, first the room is cheaper than the Smart box, quite a bit although I am not surprised, we asked for a room with a balcony since everything The hotel is empty and not only do they not give it to us but they also do not give us an unfinished room, dirty and with the entrance where the card is broken with all the cables in sight, we complain and they change us to another clean one but nothing more, The breakfast buffet is 2 dishes on a small table without juice, without coffee, etc., the jacuzzi on the terrace broken everywhere, obviously not working...I don't understand how Smartbox has this type of hotels in its catalogs. At night the receptionist was with his friends at the reception with the hookahs making a big deal... incredible. I attach photos so you can see my complaint.

Terrible, in the showers the curtains are very dirty because they have the brush next to them and some client had...you know, there is no need to go into details, the rooms for two people are separate but they are joined together, and if you are one of the For people who toss and turn a lot at night, I don't recommend it since I fell due to a nightmare. The furniture is old, the television has no remote control, if the neighbor throws a peo you can hear him, and let's not talk about the pipes. If the neighbor pulls the drain chains you hear it too.
It is a cheap option.

Most regrettable hotel. Bad treatment from the receptionist. We reserved a night by phone with a wonderbox package and when we showed up there they told us that the reservation had not been made and also that they did not accept the wonderbox code because they had not processed it. The receptionist was disgusting because she only gave us the option of paying for the room and they did not take care of the wonderbox code, telling us to use it another day in another hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Exactly so to speak, downtown areas with many restaurants, shops and the beach is also close by. The hotel does not have a parking facility. The car must be taken to a nearby parking lot. The price for one day there is 24€. The hotel room was a bit tired, it would need a fresh renovation. Everything that happened on the street could be heard in the room, and everything that happened in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms could also be heard. There was free Wi-Fi, but we couldn't find the TV and air conditioner remote control anywhere.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. Good breakfast both sweet and savory. Working wifi in the room, helpful staff, close to the center but away from the noise. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, the shower and cleanliness in general should be reviewed.

Booked a room with a balcony via Booking.com. Given a room without a balcony, the air conditioning did not work and the shelf in the wardrobe was broken. I went to the receptionist ( who had changed) and after looking up my details confirmed that I was given the wrong room. I then got another room, with a balcony, which was very good. I parked in a secure car park around the corner for 24 euros. The hotel location was excellent, close to everything.
