Hostal Horta Rosell in Tossa de Mar

I've traveled for 7 years in a row all around the world, and this place have been the worst experience ever. I've booked online a triple room with 3 single beds for me and my family, I was given nothing close to what I've paid for. I feel totally scammed, and the worst is the management did not even offered to refund back part of the money, even admitting they were wrong. When I booked online, the following things were promised but in reality missing: a triple room with 3 single beds (they have given a double room with a baby cot, or offered another double room to put a third bed leaving absolutely no space to walk in the room), a bidet, soap, iron for clothes, a table (which was essential for me to work), a room balcony. And finally, with my 3 years child, we've been forced to listen to loud live music till 11 in the night (which is definitely late for my child), and this was not advertised during the booking process. Workers were kind but honestly I have not received such a bad treatment not even in Papua New Guinea, or Africa, or even In Lao I've had better experiences. Didn't expect this in a european country. Not recommended
