Hotel El Xalet in Sitges

Really you have to see this place. Its like a little palace. Very attentive service. The breakfast was excellent quality items. They brew the coffee individually for you, squeeze the juice. The rooms are quiet and bed is so comfy. Amazing. Our new place in Sitges for sure

this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! no idea why it’s only a 2-star hotel because it’s way better than that. we stayed in a gorgeous suite with multiple balconies, plus the owner was super welcoming and friendly. it’s in a great location next to the center and the train station. sadly we were only there for one night so we will definitely be back to enjoy the restaurant and pool!

Have eaten here several times of the years, food is amazing. The outside setting is beautiful. What stands out the most are the staff - they are brilliant. Highly recommended

A hidden gem. We absolutely loved Hotel El Xalet and can't wait to be back. The hotel is a beautiful modernist hotel, which has been beautifully restored and taken care of with unique features. It has a special intimate boutique feel with beautifully appointed rooms, making your stay feel cosy and special, whilst still providing great services such as a lovely pool, breakfast and restaurant for dinner. We stayed in the suite which was spacious and romantic.

The team who run the hotel are amazing, kind and super helpful. I felt welcomed with my wife and it felt lovely to be part of the LGBT friendly community of Sitges. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you 🙏🏻✨

We had a lovely stay here , very central to train station and Beach rooms were delightful and spotless, the bed was really comfortable, I would have liked a shelf in the bathroom, but there was plenty of places in the room to put things The staff were charming The main part of hotel is shut for reverb at moment so only used the one room would definitely stay here again

Delightful hotel close to excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. Train and bus stop very convenient too. We took the train to Barcelona one day- about 40 minute trip & caught the bus from airport to Sitges, all very easy and stress less. We stayed in the suite which had a lovely terrace, separate sitting room and 2 large comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean and interesting decor. Absolutely loved it- staff exceptionally friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend staying here.

A very well located comfortable quirky hotel. A great place to stay and so very helpful. I would certainly recommend to friends and stay again. Genuine hospitality. Our room was spacious very clean and well furnished with a modern en suite.

The hotel is located in a great spot, about 6 minutes walk to the seafront, a minute to a great supermarket and less than 5 minutes from the bus stop for the direct bus (to/from the airport) and also the train station. There are loads of restaurants and bars within minutes of the hotel too. We booked room 103 which is a fabulous suite, huge and with a wrap around balcony. The hotel is an amazing art nouveau building with amazing features. The room was kept well by the cleaners and beds were changed every few days. Coffee and a coffee machine was provided as was a full size fridge. The breakfast was continental and more than adequate with delicious jugs of freshly squeezed juice, lovely coffee and an array of breads, cakes, cheese, ham and salads. The pool is lovely although in the shade for part of the day, its a shame that the pool was being cleaned for the entire duration of our stay but was still usable. There is a bar that opens from 8pm each night coinciding with the restaurant which is set up around the pool in summer months. The food was exceptional but 3 courses only so not ideal if, like us one or two courses are preferred. Because the pool was in shade and there was no daytime bar the hotel lacked atmosphere. Staff were all very accommodating. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it - especially for a long weekend.

I didn’t stay here but we did dine here in the evening and it was a lovely experience. Fabulous setting outside around the pool which was also lit up at night. The food was delicious and the service equally great. A nice menu for everyone. Love to stay here as well next time!
