Some of the reviews said the food is oriented towards a German clientele, and I can definitely see that. The pool was nice with good access, as you could choose between stairs or a gradual slope down

We could always find chairs in a good spot, and the snack bar, while small, was good. It had easy beach access and the hotel had a wonderful view. It was also surrounded by shops and restaurants

Me and my family came here for spring break! It was a good experience. Room was very clean, and the shower was nice. My bed was a little uncomfortable as I had to sleep on the sofa bed however, that is to be expected

I had emailed holiday prior to booking to ensure gluten free was available and assured it was ?? Best thing about hotel is the cleaning staff our room is spotless had to wait two days for it to be cleaned as no cleaning staff on a Sunday

Won't be back disappointed also workmen outside our room very noisy

Overall, this was a very good and relaxing experience

A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful

The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May

My husband and I came here for his 30th for 4 nights and it was fantastic! We didn’t have a great start to the holiday with our flight being delayed and our case being missing

So attentive and couldn’t do anymore for you. 10/10 We found the location was ideal, right on the beach with a sea view and a 15/20min walk to main bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our short break here. Hotel is literally on the beach and the weather was fantastic! It was €10. 50 for two beds and an umbrella on the beach if you don’t fancy the pool

This is a lovely hotel with a very unusual and interesting layout. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pools are very good but the pool bar is too small for the hotel and the other bar doesn't open until late

Maybe the change from a 2nd floor room to the right of reception to 3rd floor in the main block overlooking the pool helped but I certainly hope to return in September 2025

Good hotel with Spa access, in a great location, within easy reach of a glorious beach. Plenty of shops (including designer) nearby, to entice those shopaholics

Perfect location right opposite the light house, Fabulous beach 4 miles long for walking& surfing. Enough shops to keep the women interested. Lovely swimming pool heated, padded comfortable sun loungers

Just came back from a 14 night stay the hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect literally cross a road and you are on one of the best beaches in Europe. All the staff where amazing and nothing was too much trouble

Lovely rooms which overlook the pool (if requested) Only let down by quality of food, which tends to be repetitive more often than not. Drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant

We visited in Sept 2025, absolutely loved every minute of our stay our suite was lovely overlooking the sea and great views of the lighthouse

That said, if you’re looking for a relaxing and family-friendly beach holiday, this hotel is a very good choice. We had a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff, entertainment for every age group,lovely food, clean and spacious rooms. The distance to the beach is 3 minutes. The special shout out goes to Kati, Eugenio, Mendez and Cristian

Lovely hotel and staff are amazing especially Jessica the guest relations manager and we had an amazing receptionist & bell boy who greeted us on Sunday 18th. Id highly recommend the hotel for a relaxed family break.

Fantastic customer service and food, located very close to the beach (unlike other local hotels)

The hotel serves the food literally all day long. Reception is open 24h, cash machine in place. Evening entertainment was brilliant and the same as day activities. This hotel should be rated as 5*

We are currently in Hotel Chatur Costa Caleta arrived Sunday 12th April and fly home tonight. There is two big pools and a baby pool both cleaned every morning

Included in all inclusive is Pepsi and Amstel beer along with other branded drinks. Plenty of options for food including lots of vegetarian options. Rooms are small but cleaned every day and are spotless

The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean and modern. Pools are good but in the winter months only one pool is heated which is not the one where the main bar is and sunbeds are limited

The beach itself was beautiful, and we really appreciated the clean public toilets, which were well maintained by an on-site attendant. Overall, it was a great choice for travelling with a toddler

Good standard according to the room price, good food, especially the hotel's well-prepared Christmas dinner. Not far from the beach and local shops

Nice swimming pools, but unfortunately the heated one had the same temperature as the others. The town itself is a bit dirty, but I believe that's not the local people's fault. I generally recommend visiting

Beds arent the comfiest the sofa bed was much softer on our backs but apart from that we was really happy with the room. Locationed in a lovely area , its about a 10-15min walk to the beach

Pool was just about bearable in mid December but again very clean. Thanks to everyone that made our week away special

Excellent location with stunning views of the sea and access to a beautiful beach. Very luxurious and spacious room for family of four

The reason i have only given it 3 stars is that we made extra for a sea view so we could enjoy looking at the lovely beach and the sea

What we got was a great view of the pool with its surrounding palm trees and a glimps of the sea in through the trees (see photgraph)

They gave us a large sea view room and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate and the views were breathtaking. The room was beautiful and cleaned to high standard everyday

Weather was lovely late march/ early April and pool was slightly heated to combat the windy moments

The hotel is situated brilliantly as lots of lovely bars & restaurants surround it and a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this hotel staff are very helpful & friendly we will definitely come back

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms which are modern & clean the beds are really comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained with lovely pool area food is good and bar is not expensive

Waiting staff were really attentive and tables were cleared really efficiently. The hotel is really convenient for walking to the main square of Coralejo but certainly not noisy

We enjoyed a ground floor suite a few yards away from the pool with a terrace that caught the sunshine all day. A couple of reclining sun chairs would have been a bonus but the standard chairs were fine

Went with sis-in-law on a long weekend break last weekend. had a great time! 10 min ride from airport (approx €15-20 in taxi) Lovely clean light and airy hotel Reception, (Louise was lovely) good first impression

Weather wasn’t great so maybe that’s why we had no trouble finding a sun bed but ppl tended to move around anyway. Right by the Ocean so you can lay by the pool and have a fantastic view

This Hotel offers a relaxing holiday experience,lots on offer rooms you can have Sea views you're choice,space is offered in the accommodation the rooms have a extra comfy bed a shower you don't want to move from,accommodation of people with disabilities offering of lifts and easy access of the hotel

Stayed All Inclusive and food and drinks were yum, something for everyone (brand name spirits were extra but hotel did own version and recommend the Pina Coladas, Sangria, shandy and wine

The whole experience was the staff absolutely brilliant and helpful and also the rooms cleaned everyday if it's needed for you and Towels for the pool offered as a deposit of 10 euros each pp at the start of you're holiday,once finished with the towels you get you're deposit back and changed everyday if needed

Friendly staff, rooms clean BUT the pool area lets it down. Not enough sunbeds, broken steps.

Based on a quiet road only a 3minute walk to shops and the beach Only stayed here as self catering so can't comment on the food. But the chalet we stayed in was superb and excellent for what we wanted

Rooms were tired decor wise, but they were large and had everything we needed. Even had sunlounges outside your villa Pool area was lovely, access to bar and reception staff very helpful

Pool is clean and tidy with enough sun beds to ensure there's enough to go around

Bungalow and patio very spacious and close to pool. Kitchen area well equipped.

Amazing. It was an amazing place and cleaned daily. I have rebooked for October 2025.

We also enjoyed the swimming pools in this hotel but wish they could regulate the temperature as they were quite cold and sometimes in April the temperature is not the warmest

We stayed in the Zensation block and the rooms were a good layout with everything you need. The infinity pool was great and the spa access was a nice touch

Massive thank you to Gino who really made the holiday and kept them occupied from about 11. 30 to 5 with football, table tennis, shuffleboard, darts, archery and more, then the mini disco, bingo and quiz from 8

He made both children feel included and have lots of fun, they were delighted with their diplomas and medals. The food options were good - I liked the salad bar and variety of options

The hotel was a great size for them to have lots of fun with the friends they made and the layout meant they were pretty much always in view

A lovely hotel for a family holiday. We travelled for an Easter break with my extended family and two children (3 & 8)

Also, the main bar is being refurbished, which meant that the entertainment was being held outside at the pool bar, it was quite chilly on a evening which made it quite uncomfortable, but it also made it loud and there wasn't the option to go to bed while it was still on if you wanted too

A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation

All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice pool area. Could do with more cups and plates in the restaurant and a gym makeover.

The rooms were good and spacious the pool was great and no problems getting sun beds The pool bar let the pool area down it didnt have food apart from the odd sandwich which was sat out on the side in the heat as the hotel is situated away from shops it meant you had to leave if you wanted to eat during the day For an adults only hotel the breakfast finishes far too early 10 am but it was actually...

With 2 young children this made things difficult. When the kids did fall asleep, there was often people shouting/screaming etc at the pool bar past midnight on more the one occasion

A four-star hotel worthy of a well-deserved break. Ideal for marriage, couples etc. The property has two swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and views of the golf course. Impeccable service in the dining room

Service at the bar by mulud was exceptional. Made the experience feel exquisite, service for drinks was incredibly quick! We will definitely be returning to this bar for the service.

Elba Palace is a beautiful hotel built in a classic style and surrounded by a golf course. We did not play golf but enjoyed the hotel immensely. The rooms are large with an equally large and well equipped bathroom

There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We stayed half board and it was well worth it. Breakfast is taken in a beautiful seating if you can sit in the semi-outside area, where we ate everyday

It has a lovely view of the golf course. Evening meal is taken in the St Andrew's restaurant. The starter and dessert courses are buffet but the main course is chosen from the very extensive menu

Room – 9/10 The room was excellently presented and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was also incredibly quiet—you could hear a pin drop

Staff – 10/10 The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and balloons for our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch

Food – 7/10 We only had breakfast twice. It was a bit hit and miss—no sausage or bacon on the first visit, and no fried eggs on the second. That said, the quality of the food itself was good

Plenty of places to eat on the strip. Entertainment – 6/10 There was no entertainment in the hotel, but with the strip just 50 yards away, there was plenty to do nearby

Cleanliness – 10/10 The hotel was spotless throughout. The cleaning staff clearly work very hard to maintain such a high standard

Drinks – 9/10 We only had one drink at the hotel, but it was excellent quality and reasonably priced for a hotel

We ordered room service (villa service) this again was amazing great price and huge meals ! The only negative is and this isn’t the resorts fault at all , flights aren’t great times with jet2 so we arrived 8pm and check in is 2pm so we felt we had missed out on our first day , flights home was 10pm and you have to have checked out of villla by 11am ! Lucky we had the car so went out for a bit then...

Our 3rd time back to Bahiazul- perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The villas are well equipped for self catering plus close to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants/cafes

Its about a mile to Corralejo if you want more choice - so a nice walk or can easily request a taxi at the resort. Breakfast buffet is a great option - never too busy and a good variety of foods available

We came with our older teenager so it was doable! So don’t count on a late check out make a plan in case they have the villa booked in for early arrivals ! We stayed for 4 nights but will definitely do more next year as it’s just a stunning place ! Rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and stunning views

Week spent in late March, half board. Welcoming from the first minute we arrived, first person to greet us was the gate security guy and he was so friendly and helpful

All the staff were amazing super friendly, rooms wow!! Blow your mind. Exactly as shown in the photos. Close to supermarkets literally 5 minute walk, Corralejo 10 minute taxi ride and not expensive

Excellent hotel, staying in Royal Level. Service from the staff is amazing especially Roxana on the pool bar and Daniel in the Royal Level restaurant who have looked after us through our stay

One aspect that we felt wasnt quite right was the fact that anyone can now gain access to the Royal level side - people are just wandering into the corridors and onto poolside as the doors now dont work from the keycard!!!! We did see several people during the week with blue bands in the poolside area! We also saw a family with children outside the Verde Bar playing pool - also through the glass doors...

Unpacked in the next room and immediately the clothes rail in the wardrobe collapsed! - with clothes on it!! The hotel states WiFi throughout the hotel, it is not!! No WiFi in bedroom, intermittent around the swimming pool and other areas, should not be advertised as this, as it’s untrue

Stayed here for 1 week last week, having stayed in Royal Level previously. We are Unique Level Barcelo members, but we couldnt get access to our room until 3pm, which was a bit dissppointing

The location of the hotel was superb with it being on the beach front and elevated way above the path below which meant an unspoilt view of the sea. 14 and I must say it was extremely comfortable and very clean

The food was varied and good quality in fact the Christmas Gala Dinner outstanding ⭐️ We had no issue with sun loungers everyone adhered to the no towels left policy though on our last morning I noted a gentleman ignoring it

It was my wife Wendy's 60th birthday on 1st December so this trip was part of her birthday present, when the hotel found out we came back from a lovely day out to find that they had left a lovely bottle of bubbly for her

If I had one criticism it would be the lack of cleaning around the sun bathing areas particularly the tiled surfaces they need attention on a more regular basis as people eating drinking and smoking in these areas daily

We opted for a premium room and it did not disappoint. the furniture as noted by a previous guest could do with upgrading but the view and location of the room compensate

My General feeling in regards to the hotel was it was a small relaxed hotel in a fabulous location and our “Thanks” to all the staff for making our stay wonderful

If any managers read this The bar staff by the pool work far to hard and should be double staffed they are fantastic brilliant and always have time for you

Me and my wife were very supprised to a pool side breakfast being set up yesterday morning with all the trimming then to realise it wasn't for us but for coral travel

There was no sunbed wars and we didnt see any towels being removed, maybe because its low season. Thank you SMY for a wonderful holiday

We had to eat our breakfast inside like every other day. The place is still very much the same as 2 yrs ago. But i would say more run down

No hairdryer in the room but did see someone getting one from reception, not sure if this chargeable as the safe was. There is a note in the rooms saying that under no circumstances must you ‘reserve’ a sunbed

However, we arrived on the Friday and the Saturday and Sunday there was a large group of a few couples who were reserving the beds at the opposite side of the pool near the bar and nothing was said or done, not sure if they were regulars or had given staff a tip to allow this but on the Monday morning there was a guy we had not seen before removing towels, literally the minute people walked away, one...

We liked the Italian in the marina. The pool was not busy as we did not have good weather unfortunately. Despite this sun beds were still ‘reserved’ but not used we noticed

Had the best holiday with my husband here everything was perfect facilities, staff, environment, entertainment the best

Lovely stay at the Barcelo fuerteventura royal level adults only. Very nice location, on the beach front. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is cleaned and quiet. The facilities of the sisters hotel can also be used

Fresh, comfortable rooms and lovely terrace. Quiet location. Perfect location by the beach. Friendly staff and good food. Good exercise facilities and many activities.

The landscaping has already been restored to its full beauty, so ignore the pictures showing felled trees. Drilling… what drilling? The only sounds I hear are those of relaxation and enjoyment, which is totally priceless

Day 2 back at the Barceló Royal Level Adults Only, Caleta, after arriving with some hesitation following reviews describing it as a building site — nothing could be further from the truth

these 2 young men get to know everyone on a personal level and made the sunbathing at the pool less of a boring experience! All pools opened on the Sunday and we arrived on the Saturday

Very good value Great value accommodation! Our apartment was a bit dated, but for what we paid it was excellent. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

We met some lovely people! And even hacked the pool speaker from time to time and had song requests from other guess, the staff didn't seem to mind to much within reason 😅

Everything was in walking distance, beach excursions

The entertainment team were good, Ana was the best on the team she made everyone feel welcome and tried her best to get everyone involved, always had a smile on her face, was a pleasure to meet

Even though we wasn't with our children I could see the kids entertainment was brilliant not only did they put stuff on in the evening but also in the day they would involve the kids
