Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level in Caleta de Fuste

Had the best holiday with my husband here everything was perfect facilities, staff, environment, entertainment the best. We where that happy booked while we where there for same time next year! Met some lovely people along the way.

Day 2 back at the Barceló Royal Level Adults Only, Caleta, after arriving with some hesitation following reviews describing it as a building site — nothing could be further from the truth. The new bar is still undergoing a few finishing touches, as you’d expect with any new development, but once open it will be a fantastic addition to the hotel. In the UK, it would simply be called a snagging list that comes with every new build, so no cause for mass hysteria. The landscaping has already been restored to its full beauty, so ignore the pictures showing felled trees. Drilling… what drilling? The only sounds I hear are those of relaxation and enjoyment, which is totally priceless. And as for the staff — it is wonderful to see so many familiar faces still here, doing what they do best within a brand that clearly cares for their welfare and provides job satisfaction. It genuinely feels like coming home… kick back your heels, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the finest hospitality the Barceló brand has to offer in what is truly the jewel in their crown. I’m sure during my 7-day stay I’ll report back on any issues I may face, but at face value I feel people are seriously clutching at straws. As of today, this hotel, as always, offers the respite I need to escape the real world and return refreshed, replenished and renewed.

Lovely stay at the Barcelo fuerteventura royal level adults only. Very nice location, on the beach front. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is cleaned and quiet. The food is very good. The facilities of the sisters hotel can also be used. The barcelo mar hotel also had lovely evening shows. I would recommend this hotel.

Would definitely go again if the food ( hot food in particular) was of better quality and hot food always like warm...shame as only thing to let it down , otherwise good.

We have just returned from this adults only hotel. We stayed for 10 nights HB in a modern bungalow with terrace. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The food was good. We enjoyed breakfast over the evening buffet so we ate out a few times. We liked the Italian in the marina. The pool was not busy as we did not have good weather unfortunately. Despite this sun beds were still ‘reserved’ but not used we noticed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a note for the management team would be to repair the broken pathways and to improve the entrance area to this hotel. Walking past cleaning trolleys and generator cables and broken paths does not give guests a royal level experience. Also, it is bizarre that for the sister hotels we needed to swipe our bracelets at the gates to gain access but for the royal level adult only hotel anyone can just stroll casually in from the promenade or the generator entrance and wander round without being challenged.

I loved the cocktail experience with Cris! He showed us how to make his signature cocktail, it was such a fun experience and he was a really good teacher!

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was very spacious and well equipped with mini bar, excellent tv, including English channels, comfortable bed. Lovely pool area a d friendly staff. Buffet offered a good selection and variety. I would stay again. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

We love Caleta de Fuste and have stayed at a few of the different hotels but love Barcelo for the service and amenities. The Royal Level Adults Only is perfect - great location, size, accommodation, service. Yes there are building works going on but they are showing commitment to maintenance and quality and need to do it as sometime. We haven’t found it a problem - so much so we have already booked for the same time next year!

We have been delighted with our week at this resort. The quality of the accommodation, catering, and staff service has been brilliant. We will return.
