Fantastic location right on the beach! We had a 2 bed Seaview apartment with amazing views out to sea and access to the beach and beach bar. There is also a pool area with sun beds

Complex is small with only about 30 apartments. Very secure with code access to entrance gates. Just 1min walk to main ***** and only a short strole to the music square and harbour. Apartments are basic but comfortable

I agree apartments have seen better days ( we had a pool view)but it was spotlessly clean staff were hard working and lovely Excellent location close to beach. extremely peaceful stay Would definitely go back

The apartment was clean and fresh although dated. The pool area was acceptable but the glass surround could do with a clean. Great access to the beach and only a short walk to bars and restaurants

Lovely small hotel with direct beach access via a secure gate and central for all the bars, restaurants and shops in Corralejo. Apartments are furnished and equipped at a fairly basic level but are comfortable and clean

Range for 1 bed duplex to 3 bed Seaview. It's our 4th time here and we have booked to come back again in 10 weeks!

Attention to detail at BS is excellent, there is a foot wash shower at the entrance for sandy feet, and seats to rest on , a fruit filled water tank to help yourself from( and the water is bottled) plenty of ramps for less able bodied people and drink and snack vending machines

My concerns from previous reviews was completely unfounded. We arrived to a warm welcome, water and poolside nibbles at 4pm. Our apartment was exactly as requested and not located on ground floor level

A two minute walk, yes over a road which was not busy and had plenty of safe crossings, to the best beach I’ve ever seen

Would absolutely return for a good value all inclusive break

The food was great, it was different daily although salad and breads were a daily staple but nice and fresh, the deserts were lovely and of course there was always ice cream :) The absolute icing on this cake though is its location

Although agreeing that the furniture is a bit dated it was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, cooking facilities (we didn’t use) were perfectly adequate

The pool is big enough for a decent swim though we found it too cold in March. The bar offers a good selection of food and drink though it is currently operating shorter hours due to staff shortages

The apartments themselves are spacious and with ample storage space. Facilities for self catering are good. The terrace is also a generous size with ample room for tables, chairs and sun beds

There is a real community feel about the complex and everyone is very friendly indeed. The one thing that lets the place down slightly is the standard of cleanliness

Number of people we met on site who were staying for 5 weeks plus or return visitors (some 18 years plus) says it all and I’m sure we will return soon

The location is superb - three minutes to the coast with its beautiful promenade and between five and fifteen minutes to the many excellent restaurants in resort

2 sun loungers in patio means no rush/queue for beds around the pool, pool is large with plenty of space for all and deep enough for a good swim in parts

The hotel has a wonderful, charming atmosphere. Our room or rather, the apartment, was spacious, very clean, and modern with a stylish design. We especially loved the large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea

To the Management, I would like to offer some recommendations for improvement: Implementing English language classes for the staff would enhance communication skills and ensure better service quality for international guests

A nice, cozy hotel, lots of space and a good bed, they left champagne for us, which was very nice.

Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations!! The hotel's personnel deserve special praise for their friendliness and attentiveness. Every interaction I had with them left me feeling valued and well taken care of

I mean, if you expect fancy hotel, everything new and shiny, then go down the street to another hotel that costs 5x more ;) This one was more than fair and we were very happy with it and we will probably revisit

The apartments are a bit worn down, but still huge apartments with everything that is needed, great location, staff is friendly and so I picked to go with overall 5 stars as price ti quality ratio is great

Great location , quiet surroundings … apartment 8 was perfect newly renovated comfy bed. Would have liked maybe a kettle but solved the issue using a saucepan. Perfect to walk to town , beach or el Campanario

First of all, the location of the partments was perfect - a few mins walk from the beach, and most importantly the Sunset Lounge - which has great live music each night from 4

Pre-checkin communication with Eli was seamless over Whatsapp - very accommodating with early check-in options, and incredibly efficient

As a solo traveler this didnt really affect me, but after 2-3mins, you better brace yourself for a cold shower - quite refreshing! ;-) Most importantly for any remote workers,La Concha has individual wifi routers for each apartment - the fastest wifi I ve encountered in Fuerteventura

I liked this hotel, it had the comfiest beds ever! The apartment was set out in a quirky way, which I liked. Lovely shower within the bedroom and very quiet accommodation

The apartments themselves are absolutely fine - don't expect Luxury, but it's not run down either. The only minor improvement could be the hot warer situation

Within a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and city centre with lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants. The appartment is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children

Too many stairs Clean and pretty apartment. Stairs inside the apartment and more stairs outside to get to the pool.

Basic small complex with good size apartment, good location and decent pool.

The reception was of high service and any request was quickly dealt with. Our cleaning man was real nice and polite. Almost every day the appartment was cleaned We can highly recommend this appartment to anyone

The master bed was very big and that was a real plus. All basic articles are there such as dish washing articles, trash bags, toilet paper and shower gel & towels

My long trip advisor review from 2015 stands to this day, though a bit of decoration and whitening of dark furniture in these apartments did not go overlooked

Speaking of the pool, there are more than enough sunbeds, so finding a spot to unwind was never a challenge

A very nice place to be. The staff are very friendly and the room was kept spotless throughout our visit. A good location and 5 mins from the popcorn beach

We thought paying the extra for MFC was worth the extra money - you can access the adults only pool and bar, there is a quieter section in the main restaurant which we used as we were not overly impressed with the MFC restaurant menu - not a lot of choice

The FRESCO bar is perfect for daytime snacks, especially when you want something light without leaving the pool area

The smaller pools, however, are absolutely freezing! A special thank you goes to the reception and security teams

Our room was checked daily, and we appreciated the small card system that let us request fresh bedding or towels whenever needed. The main restaurant is excellent, with plenty of variety and no issues finding a table

Even with occupancy reportedly at 98%, there were consistently plenty of sunbeds available, which speaks to good capacity planning and guest management. The staff were excellent throughout our stay

We came this year with our young son who is 10 months old and booked a higher room (junior suite with sea and pool view) so we could see the evening entertainment which was now moved inside

The weather was mixed, but it was still a welcome escape from the grey, late-winter conditions in northern Europe. The hotel itself is bright, modern, and thoughtfully laid out

The central pool area is particularly impressive — large, heated, and very well maintained

While we were travelling as a couple without children, it was clear that families were very well catered for, with structured activities and engaged staff ensuring children were well looked after

It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

Fantastic hotel it's a little dated but it's clean the staff are so friendly and can't help you enough the location is great the food is fantastic everything you need I will I will be definitely booking again this year with family and they are great with kids our friend had to hire a mobility scooter which was very reasonable and the place is very accessible if you have disabilities as well can't...

Just a short distance from the airport, this fabulous hotel has an unrivalled position right next to the ocean - the small supplement for a sea view room is well worth it! The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage

The evening entertainment is varied- maybe not to everyone’s taste but the mini disco for the children is a lot of fun. The evening entertainment concludes at 22:30 so if you want more, there are bars close by

This is a great place if you have kids. Great for adults without kids too. Very well run establishment, all the staff work incredibly hard. The selection of foods was fantastic, they really do try and cater for everyone

The bathroom has a shower over a bath - lashings of hot water! We had a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean - just idyllic. The food is varied and plentiful

Lovely hotel beautiful rooms pool area is calm and chilled but no music just the birds which i quite enjoyed - pool is cold so if youre brave go for it - easy access to all shops and beach had a lovely week

Our room overlooking pool area was bright and kept spotlessly clean with shower gels etc. Tea and coffee provided daily. Two pools and surrounding areas maintained and attractive

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, smells amazing! The decor is stunning, and all staff are friendly and eager to help wherever possible. A stone’s throw away from the beach, yet quiet, tranquil and serene

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were really great and welcoming. All the staff work extra hard to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities and hotel room were really clean and tidy

An amazing resort, an amzing hotel, for our first holiday abroad as a family, this is going to take some beating!! Well done H10 Ocean Suites, just brush up on your Gluten Free food provision and you would have cracked it

Pool area way too busy and loud, luckily the weather was great which allowed us to go to the beach each day

Room basic, pool area crowded. We requested pool view but hotel unable to accommodate us. Offered to move 2 days into holiday we declined.

The baby pool was very small and was always busy, so we sometimes had to take our children in the big pool and wait until it had quietened down to take them in there. The rooms were very spacious

China shop on the corner sell anything you could possibly need. The pools are big and there were plenty of loungers for everyone. I expect it does get very busy in summer though

Snack bar wasn't great compared to other AI hotels. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and the beach

Excellent choice of food at all meals, some really good seafood on offer. Rooms were vast and clean, a little outdated but nothing garish. Facilities were well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful.

Food was good as was the rooms and massive swimming pools, the only problem was all the entertainment was in french! We were not told that the place was french owned and very much geared up for french people

All inc not inc WiFi, pool towels or room safe. Activities, tours all in French. Food good. Room good, cleaned well. Facilities good too. I like it, despite total French bias.

There isn't in any room) After a visit from my wife at the reception they moved us in a slightly better room. Other than that good food, nice staff and pools for everyone

Nicely located only 10 mins walk into main town. spacious rooms and well kept public areas. plenty of choice food wise only complaint certain items in cafeteria not well set out. no teaspoons near hotdrinks machine

We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected

Good breakfast and attentive personnel, also good for lunch. Pool was not heated, or not to a level that would entice people to enter it

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location

Spa needs to be booked and paid for. Very few places available because spa is small. We did not get a spot but no regrets. Gym is nice and so is the general feel and look of the place

This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks

Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment

I always decamp to the pool in the afternoon if I want more. Breakfast is good and well stocked. Staff efficient and the fried eggs to die for. The only gripe is that the hotel REALLY REALLY needs a second coffee machine

We always stay in an upper sea view room which are bookable through Jet2 and cost just a bit more. If you like the sun these rooms get this in full in the morning only

Might have been guests coming back in late I guess. We have NEVER had any noise or problems. We have never encountered any children in our stays as there is nothing really for them at this hotel

All of them easy and pleasant walking. Not sure what the one star review in March is all about. There are no arrivals or departures during the night as the airport is shut

(please ) Due to the location the breakfast room windows do get salt on them. re the bad review I don't honestly this there's much that can be done as the problem is ongoing. I don't really think it's a great issue TBH

Very clean, feels quite high end (save for a few details), well soundproofed and comfortable. Even the rooms without the sea view have quite a fab view over the dunes and to the side the ocean

Plenty of cupboard space wth 10 hangers and about six shelves. We brought a couple of patio chairs in to lay our day clothes on that were not being hung up. We never had a problem getting sunbeds

The staff were excellent and very helpful and could find no fault whatsoever in that department. The complex is very central for amenities and about a five minute walk to the beach

We used the kettle, large toaster and fridge but not the cooking facilities which included a microwave. Hairdryer and iron supplied too. Good sized TV with loads of stations including some British stations

21 euros for use of the safe with 20 euro deposit on key. The single beds were comfortable enough and could be moved together if preferred. There was a a 3-speed ceiling fan which was well used

There is a notice that any bed left unused for half an hour the towels would be removed and beds could not be “reserved”. Don’t know if this is executed as there was no need

The rooms were clean, the only thing I would pull up on was the grouting in the shower area which could do with some work. There was complimentary tea/coffee

The hotel was in a great location, a short 5/10 min walk to town, but a very quiet area around the hotel just next to the sea. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel

Nice bakery 20 yards from front door and small supermarket 300 yards round corner. property right on the front near the harbour. Windy location but that's fuertaventura for you. No problem getting a sun lounger

This is fully refundable on departure and is payable by cash or a valid credit card. We left the hotel at 1030 am and by the time I got home the pending transaction had been removed from my card so no issues

Great value little complex. Very clean. Staff are lovely. Pool bar is ace and good food. Cleaners work tirelessly! The place is spotless. Great location. 10 min walk to everything. Huge rooms.

Friendly staff , cleaners come regularly, pool area good size and clean , plenty of sun beds not just round the pool ,close to all shops, restaurants and if your room is like ours it was massive, with a balcony that had the sun all day till 4pm which my wife was quite happy with

As for extras, yes they charge for a safe and other bits and pieces and they take a deposit as people have damaged some apartments, which is fair enough. It is returnable on departure

The saving grace is the cleaning ladies who do an excellent job as the rooms are spotlessly clean and they are so friendly. Just a few licks of paint here and there would make a great difference

The living area/ kitchen is big, leading onto a large balcony with an amazing sea view. Lovely furniture in a clean environment, it's ideal for a relaxing holiday. The sitting room also had a sofa bed

Great sea views from the front terrace room, though we would have prefered a palm tree not so close, hiding part of the beach. The location is perfect to go directly to the beach, through a five minute walk down stairs

The apartment location is probably the best we've ever had, offering amazing sea views. We had a quiet double bedroom which is more than adequate with safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was also adequate

All the reception staff Pia Karmele Kristina & Petra are the best ever, & Alberto & Margarita in management who ensure they look after each & everyone! I find it very very sad that people complain about the grouting or whatever niggle they want to point out! It is a 3* hotel with excellent rates in a prime position, it does what it says on the tin! A huge fridge with a freezer compartment! If there is an issue the staff respond immediately! We come here 3-4 times a year sometimes 5 & friends ask why we don’t buy somewhere here! The reason

Air Con is excellent, balcony is stunning and looks over the beach and the bed is very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel though is the rooftop bar and pool

The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there

The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. We had breakfast one day and it was lovely - a good choice to choose from. And the cocktails are great there too

Its situated directly at a nice beach and surrounded of good restaurants and bars. Great vieuw, nice place for breakfast and drinks in the evening and great roof top!

The location is excellent - easy access to all the restaurants and shops and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. I would recommend this hotel - we’ve booked again for next year already 😉

We absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic sea view, lovely clean rooms and a great location. The rooftop pool is heated and there were very few people there (maybe because it wasn’t peak season)
