XQ El Palacete in Morro del Jable

This is an outstanding hotel!! We just loved everything about it. We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday and it surpassed every expectation. Fabulous staff, fabulous food and fabulous location. You cannot do better than stay here!

We opted for a premium room and it did not disappoint .. the furniture as noted by a previous guest could do with upgrading but the view and location of the room compensate . The staff are courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel . This was our first visit and we would certainly return . The food was varied and good quality in fact the Christmas Gala Dinner outstanding ⭐️ We had no issue with sun loungers everyone adhered to the no towels left policy though on our last morning I noted a gentleman ignoring it . If I had one criticism it would be the lack of cleaning around the sun bathing areas particularly the tiled surfaces they need attention on a more regular basis as people eating drinking and smoking in these areas daily . My General feeling in regards to the hotel was it was a small relaxed hotel in a fabulous location and our “Thanks” to all the staff for making our stay wonderful .

It was my wife Wendy's 60th birthday on 1st December so this trip was part of her birthday present, when the hotel found out we came back from a lovely day out to find that they had left a lovely bottle of bubbly for her. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Birte on reception. The location of the hotel was superb with it being on the beach front and elevated way above the path below which meant an unspoilt view of the sea. Our room was no.14 and I must say it was extremely comfortable and very clean. The food and drink was of a very high quality and plenty of it! We hope to visit again this time next year to warm our cold English bones.

Enjoyed 5 wonderful days at this amazing hotel Our 2nd visit and it lived up to all our expectations, warm welcome on arrival & our premium room was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the benefits of being able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace with the amazing views, no matter where you are in this hotel you have the most wonderful views of the beach & Morro Jable All the staff are friendly & helpful, so much choice of food & we enjoyed a cocktails delivered to our sunbeds in the afternoons A very relaxing & peaceful stay, we will be returning

This is our third visit and once again everything regarding this hotel is first class . All the staff are very friendly and helpful , nothing is to much trouble . Everywhere is spotlessly clean . The food is great , lots of choice for me being a vegetarian. Would definitely recommend this hotel . And will be back soon .

Loved this place.Excellent rooms,and fantastic sea view.Service is top notch,and it shows throughout the hotel. My only issue is the lack of tea making facilities in confort rooms.Would love a hot drink before breakfast on the balcony.Tried to find a small travel kettle in town( no luck). However a fabulous hotel with amazing views. Mark

Another wonderful holiday at El Palacete. Like many of the guests at the hotel we are regular returning visitors and those that are guests for the first time usually express their wish to become part of the returning regulars. This says a great deal for this hotel. The staff in all departments cannot do enough to make your stay pleasurable in every way and we are always welcomed back as returning friends. A quality hotel perfect for couples in a great location but don't go if you are on a diet as the choice of food is just irresistible.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location, food & staff. We stayed in a ‘comfort room’ overlooking the jacuzzi. A glass of champagne on arrival & a fruit platter waiting for us in the room. Rooms are big with plenty of storage space. The only thing missing were tea & coffee making facilities (which I believe are available in the premium rooms) The location is just great, right on the seafront and within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Probably the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Each night a different selection of meat & fish is cooked to order with plenty of other dishes to choose from. Drinks are a good price and excellent cocktails (thank you to Pablo & Juan for great Pina Coladas.) Never a problem getting sun beds around the pool & pool/beach towels are provided which you can change once per day. All staff are friendly and we will definitely return. Absolutely fabulous. Much needed few days of peace and time to do nothing but enjoy the luxury of lovely food looked after by charming and ever helpful staff. Weather was kind to us but the view of the sea is fantastic at anytime. A gem of a hotel. Great location from where to explore the delights of Fuenteventura or just do little - but in style
