This was our third consecutive visit to Cay Beach Princess. It’s very good value accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is out of town, it is easy and cheap to get taxis.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in...

Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the stunning ocean view. The sun comes out in the morning and shines all day. The heated pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly. They answer all our questions, offer a welcome gift for repeat guests, and upgraded us to a better room.

Wonderful, the only thing I would change is the bed, I don’t understand why it’s singles not a double bed or bigger

The staff were great and the room was absolutely spotless. The pool was also very good and the whole place was very clean. The food at the the pool bar was very good and I would recommend the Spanish omelette but be warned, bring your appetite for this one! Will stay there again.

Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool. Only thing this year was the elevator didn’t work during our stay (1 week) not okay, and when asking in the reception the answer was, working on it. We were at first floor, so we could manage but the upper flors had difficulties getting up.

Great complex and location BUT funicular out of service for 2 weeks of my stay and despite having 187 steps to the apartment there was no real apology or additional help. Some people with health issues had to move and pay again for alternative accommodation! Was disappointed by response from management

Beautiful ocean views from all rooms. A private funicular within the hotel for access to the upper floors. Conveniently located for access to the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Very well-equipped apartments with all necessary utensils. I didn't like the monotonous breakfast. I got a room at the end, right next to the funicular. The noise from it was disturbing at night.

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location. Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro. Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow. I visited the Hotel for 10 nights. The bungalow was perfect and had everything I needed. Close to local amenities and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve booked again for next year already!

We had a wonderful stay at Servatur Hartaguna as two couples aged 25–35. The rooms and shared areas were modern, clean, and well maintained, with room cleaning provided five days a week. Although I would consider this accommodation extremely basic, you aren’t going to get closer to the Yumbo centre, so if you’re going to GC to visit the Yumbo, this is ideal. The hotel is good and centrally located, near the Yumbo shopping and entertainment center and about 20 minutes from the ocean. The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was filling. We hardly saw our neighbors; the pools and relaxation area were almost empty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Hotel Change It's difficult to give an opinion on Hotel Alisios Canteras, as the hotel informed me shortly after my reservation that I had to go to another hotel. I didn't ask why, but I had read similar reviews about my situation. The replacement hotel suited me well. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room had a small refrigerator.

Just spent Christmas here. Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon. Friendly staff felt welcomed by all of them. Would recommend

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

Only option we could afford the day before when our provider cancelled, we were a little worried after seeing the reviews but everything was fine. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and it was clean. Reception staff polite. Good location for the beach and nice that you can hear the waves as you sleep.

It’s a great hotel. Staff are very nice and always helpful. You can hear the sea at night and even thought it’s close to the promenade it’s never too noisy to have a window open. It has its own special charm and ambience.

If you want basic, simple self catering accomodation, a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, then for the price, this is absolutely great. Yes, its a bit scruffy in places, but its great value. Really good find. I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

Just had a great week here . Location is ok but there is a distance to walk . Reception will also call you a cab and it comes quickly. Staff are the friendliest and loveliest staff ever . No issues We never had any hot water for the first evening and morning but they replaced the tank quickly . The lift broke and that's tricky as steps aren't lit .
