Quick easy check in rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Would certainly use this hotel again as it provided a quality cost effective stay.

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location. Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro. Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow. We will certainly return.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Location is perfect. The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

As always a great stay. Nice staff, good breakfast and nice apartment. Only thing this year was the elevator didn’t work during our stay (1 week) not okay, and when asking in the reception the answer was, working on it. We were at first floor, so we could manage but the upper flors had difficulties getting up.

Beautiful ocean views from all rooms. A private funicular within the hotel for access to the upper floors. Conveniently located for access to the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico. We loved our little one bedroom, two-bed, self catering cottage! It was spacious and could sleep three people. Good sized shower room! Lovely living room area with TV and wifi at a low extra cost. We had a wonderful stay at Servatur Hartaguna as two couples aged 25–35. The rooms and shared areas were modern, clean, and well maintained, with room cleaning provided five days a week. Hotel Change It's difficult to give an opinion on Hotel Alisios Canteras, as the hotel informed me shortly after my reservation that I had to go to another hotel. I didn't ask why, but I had read similar reviews about my situation. The replacement hotel suited me well. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room had a small refrigerator.

Just spent Christmas here. Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon. Friendly staff felt welcomed by all of them. Would recommend

I was a little concerned with all the negative reviews before my stay here. Honestly though, its fine. If you want basic, simple self catering accomodation, a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, then for the price, this is absolutely great. Yes, its a bit scruffy in places, but its great value. This compact hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the beach and sightseeing, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. The property is centrally located and, overall, beautiful, but in my opinion, it's very inconvenient logistically and lacks privacy, given that the bathrooms are practically attached to the bed with transparent doors, which really offers no privacy at all.
