Hotel Vibra Marco Polo I - Adults only in San Antonio Abad

I would not recommend this hotel to most people. Majority of people in the hotel are very disrespectful of others and quite careless. Our rooms barely got cleaned and when they did they often just folded up our dirty towels and bedsheets. The floor was also very dirty where we had to walk around in flip flops most of the time. They also gave us the wrong room in the beginning and told us that if we wanted our actual room we would have to wait. Plus the wifi did not work in our room

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, other peoples hair all over the floor from the moment we got there, dirty bed sheets ( top sheet was clean, bottom sheet left on there from last people). Cups in bathroom dirty, shower walls dirty, balcony table dirty. Cleaners would only change the towels and not clean the room or change the sheets whilst there. Complained on first day about the dirty room, staff were apologetic and said they would get the cleaners to properly clean the room but this did not happen, had to change the sheets myself the first night as no cleaners were onsite. Onsite toilets also very dirty, looks like everything is lightly wiped over and never properly cleaned. I know this is a budget hotel so wasn’t expecting anything good, however cleanliness is the minimum you expect from any hotel. Will never stay at this hotel ever again. Extremely noisy hotel, stayed in budget hotels before where most people are there to just go out however you can hear everything through the walls at this hotel at all hours through the night. Black out blinds also aren’t great and the ceiling light continues to glow when off. Only plus side of this hotel is it’s in a great location and a taxi rank right outside the building. Breakfast is included but I personally went out for breakfast every morning, with how dirty the hotel was I wouldn’t dare touch the food there. Overall a bad experience at this hotel so do not recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the location is ideal and the reason why we booked after staying at the hotel directly across the year before. Another positive is that the rooms although basic, have everything you need and the beds were pretty comfy. The shower was also very good.

However, we struggled to sleep morning, day or night either from the noise of guests, the blaring music from the pool or from the constant slamming of the doors. We had to call reception at 6am as a guest had a speaker blaring, this took a second call 25 mins later to actual get anything done.

Unlike the party hotel across the road, the doors into the rooms and to the balcony in this hotel need upgraded to help block out the music. There is wide gaps around the door to the corridor which makes it impossible to sleep at any time of the day. We are a young couple who expected noise and went out to the events ourselves but the noise was unbearable and really affected our holiday as we could NOT sleep.

The music could be even slightly turned down at the pool so you can atleast enjoy lying at the pool area.

Overall, we would not recommend this hotel even if you are a partygoer and would suggest spending the little bit extra and staying at Vibra district across the road.

The rooms are very basic with no kettle. To use the toilet you almost have to sit in the sink. Very awkward position. there is no sound proofing whatsoever and can hear the rooms next door blowing their nose and using the toilet applyin deodrant etc. The noise from other rooms partying untill 6am is horrendous and felt like the party was goin on in our room. And the puddles of vomit out side the lifts was a lovely welcome present.
