My favourite was the roof top pool, good music, staff at the bar were amazing and the food and cocktails lovely Breakfast was a good selection of food and all well presented The spa was very clean, the sauna and ice bath and pool jets fab

Gorgeous hotel from the moment you walk in. The staff in reception are very friendly and professional. We had a suite with sea view and it was gorgeous, spotlessly clean

The balcony was huge and a lovely sofa out there The beds were comfortable, great bedding. The shower was good, kept the temperature and pressure. Plenty of storage space Both pools were clean and beds to chill on

The hotel pools were both good but we preferred the roof top infinity pool as you had a view over the bay. Breakfast was really good with such a large variety, we also enjoyed having lunch on the roof most days

The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning with wonderful views and of course the amazing sunsets each evening. We booked B&B the breakfast is OK, not the best but had something for everyone

If you are coming to Ibiza end of October research before a lot of bars and restaurants are closed

Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too

Fabulous hotel and excellent service Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

Very good breakfast, different than usual in hotels, high quality ingredients (Italian hams, hot dishes not from warmers, desserts including even macarons)

The rooms are spacious, modern and interestingly decorated. Close to the old town of Eivissa (Ibiza Town), there is parking, the area is nice

However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout

The hotel was simply fantastic. We went to Ibiza to party but needed a quiet and clean place to stay. Our suite with a sea view was perfect, complete with a kitchen and a huge terrace

The bus stop between the airport and the hotel was also just a 10-minute walk away, so it only took 20 minutes by bus to get there, making it the perfect place for someone like me who can't drive

The front desk was very friendly. The Ibiza tourism information was very detailed. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils. There was a balcony facing the street and it was very quiet

The view was breathtaking, and the room was spotless and brand new. The breakfast was amazing, offering everything you could possibly want

She’s professional, but above all, she’s genuine always helpful, positive, and truly caring toward the guests. You can feel that she does her work with heart and passion, and that makes all the difference

The room is a decent size with lots of storage space in the wardrobe. The bathroom was new and clean throughout. The balcony is great for sitting outside too! Big thanks to Laura on reception for the great service!

During our stay, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by Laura. Her smile, kindness, and genuine attention made us feel at home right away. Laura is someone you don’t forget easily

The AC in the room was a lifesaver, the pool was very clean and the room too

We had a magnificent stay here. The pool and rooms are stunning, 4 minutes walk from the best restaurant street in the old town. Wonderful and attentive staff, making the stay extra special.

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€

the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza

Location is perfect walking distance to all key places beach, restaurants Etc, but still away from noise on a night ( we had a child so didn't want anything to busy ) We used the pool in Hotel Tropical which was great and food/ drinks were great and well priced

Just returned from 4 nights , what we thought would just be a ok hotel turned out Amazing. We had a family room which was lovely and a huge balcony. All the staff we spoke to where brillant and so friendly

I didn't stay here but my partner stayed for 4 nights. It was his second visit, the first being many years ago. Very clean, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast

The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with drinks from the bar, all while enjoying a great vibe and some of my favorite songs playing in the background

Just stopped here for a beer today. This hotel is popped up quite a few times when I have gone to book a holiday in Ibiza but I have not booked it in the past because the swimming pool looks quite small

Loads of sun beds available by the pool. Fantastic location, 1 minute to the beach and right in the center of es Cana. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there

We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t seem that busy. Location is excellent and a short walk to the beach and there is a shop over the road

We arrived very late but reception is staffed 24/7 so there was no problem and friendly staff welcomed us & explained everything. Breakfast by the pool was plentiful & tasty with loads of options

Location is ideal with bars, restaurants, beach & shops nearby. We will use another Vibra hotel for sure although this one was noisy but that's the other guests being not respectful

I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Lei IBZ. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, making for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

We never went hungry in the morning, and the coffee machine was also brilliant. As for location, this place is on point, taxi Rank 20sec walk, spar 15 Sec walk, bar 20sec walk and beach and restaurants 40 secs

Was decent stay defo not the nicest hotel but it was near a lot and a had a pool so did the job.

Reception available 24h (baba, great guy) and very friendly. Nice pool and bar, great location. No parking though, but easy to find close by

Lovely staff, very friendly & helpful. Quite a way out from the main part of San Antonio. No table & chairs on the balcony. Nice pool with plenty of sun loungers, but quite a few of them were broken

You can hardly sleep at nights because most of the people in the hotel celebrate, also during the week. The pool is clean and the room is nice. Rooms don't get cleaned up every night.

Very basic rooms although clean. Good swimming pool gets sun all day. Expensive to buy drinks

We really liked the hotel, especially the location and the views. The staff were all very friendly. In the evening we went up to the nightclub for a drink and there was a great party atmosphere.

Hostal right at the seafront of the port. Great atmosphere day and night with screens to watch live sports + tapas bar. Perfect to watch the world go by

Reception staff surly bar lady lovely. Key didn’t work and lack of lift was a chore. Shower door totally clear had to hang a beach towel for privacy

It was all a disaster… booked through trivago where the correct dates were entered, on trip. com I don’t know how for some offers, but they must understand the dates were postponed by a couple of days

We contacted them the day before leaving and the answer was… DON’T WORRY!!! Since then we have been on the phone for at least 5 hours… at least 60 phone calls in front of 8 witnesses and the exhausting dynamic was always the same

All in front of the customers of your hotel and your employees. Ruined holiday… we had to spend crazy amounts to find another solution in Ibiza and they wanted to give me €30 refund on the next booking

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there

Location - Cala De Bou is a lovely area, the hotel is 2 min walk to the sea, a few small supermarkets and restaurants around, more on the quiet side for dipping in and out of the chaos of San Antonio itself

One negative was how close it is to a terrible club next door called Plastik, it’s open till 5am so if you stay I’d ask for a room that faces in land as the sea view rooms face the club and the bass can be heard easily

It was awesome, nice shows at the evening. The food was also great and the entertainment was the right amount to be fun and not at all to much.

In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!

It‘s a very good place to stay in Ibiza cause said the price is affordable and the location is good. It’s near the central bus station in Santa Tonio‘s.

A no frills yet super neat and clean hotel. The staff is very welcoming,friendly and helpful. It is just a 5 minutes walk to the free car park,the bus station and the seafront promenade

THE BEST place to stay in Ibiza for genuine caring staff, beautiful clean accommodation, fantastic location, great pricing and most importantly … Toni’s (the owner) KILLER FLAO (Ibizan cake) which he serves up with ripe watermelon on his YACHT over the west coast of this gorgeous and mesmerising island

The hotel is in a lovely central location, clean with large rooms , however the pool wasn't open or functional during our stay , it had 2 men working on it and tape up , when I complained to trip they contacted the hotel who said it was open , absolutely bizarre reply

The fact is I could have stayed in ibiza Rick's whose pool was open ( as we went and checked ) for the same price

Bit of a mess on checking in and they charged me for X2 people for city tax yet I told them there was just going to be one staying. Room spacious and bathroom spot on too. Big balcony, overall well worth the money

I did not stay here, but had an amazing meal in the restaurant. Got a huge T bone steak with all the helpings, including a drink for only €30. I had to takeaway half the steak, it was so big, but was that good

This is our second time at this hotel and the location and proximity to the beaches and prime location of playa den Bossa makes it hard to beat! Great value for young people or younger couple, wouldnt recommend for families though since it is definitely more of a party vibe can get noisy but this is to be expected

The hotel was in a great location, staff were great! The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper
