The area is great with many bars and restaurants and beach within walking distance. The pool and bar downstairs are also fun hangout spots if you want to stay in. Taxi stand right outside the hotel

Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet. Will stay again when the seasson reopens.

The hotel was execeptionally clean and rooms were a nice size. Bar staff were friendly and helpful as was the front desk. Would recommend staying here based on value, cleanliness and convenience.

Not only that if your flight is late and you check out at 12 you get to use a locker for free, all of the facilities and a shower and changing area to get you ready for the journey to the airport

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there next time. The room and facilities are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help

This hotel is situated right on the beach strip which ideal for bars and the beach. The room it self is slightly dated but understandable for the price.

Third stay in 12 months, bought the husband this time for first week, we were allocated one of the new refurbished rooms, yet again was a lovely stay, even storm Alice didn’t get in the way, staff and clients all bunched together and watched from inside! Daughter and granddaughter flew out for the second week, ( they are still there) and they were given the room next to us, we didn’t request this,...

Had a great holiday in Ibiza despite storm 'Alice', cannot praise the staff enough, Jessica and Eva on reception both helpful very patience thank you both. Our complements to the chef and all bar staff

I was a little bit dubious about booking as I usually ensure any rooms I book have a balcony as I like to sit out & see things & to be able to dry out my towel & swimwear

The balcony is very smart, spacious and has an incredible view, especially when the sun is setting

My favourite was the roof top pool, good music, staff at the bar were amazing and the food and cocktails lovely Breakfast was a good selection of food and all well presented The spa was very clean, the sauna and ice bath and pool jets fab

Gorgeous hotel from the moment you walk in. The staff in reception are very friendly and professional. We had a suite with sea view and it was gorgeous, spotlessly clean

The balcony was huge and a lovely sofa out there The beds were comfortable, great bedding. The shower was good, kept the temperature and pressure. Plenty of storage space Both pools were clean and beds to chill on

The hotel pools were both good but we preferred the roof top infinity pool as you had a view over the bay. Breakfast was really good with such a large variety, we also enjoyed having lunch on the roof most days

The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning with wonderful views and of course the amazing sunsets each evening. We booked B&B the breakfast is OK, not the best but had something for everyone

If you are coming to Ibiza end of October research before a lot of bars and restaurants are closed

Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too

Fabulous hotel and excellent service Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

The rooms are spacious, modern and interestingly decorated. Close to the old town of Eivissa (Ibiza Town), there is parking, the area is nice

However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout

3 of us stayed here for 4 nights in July. It's a small hotel which is beautifully decorated and is very central, easy to get on the boat to a beach club in Cala Bassa or Comte, not far from Mambos either

We paid for a sea view room, I asked for front facing on a high floor and that's exactly what we got, the view over the bay was incredible! All of the staff we came across from reception to cleaners were friendly and welcoming

We booked this hotel knowing there was no pool but we decided as the beach was across the road and the breakfast looked amazing we'd forego the pool. That was a bad idea in hindsight

We had a magnificent stay here. The pool and rooms are stunning, 4 minutes walk from the best restaurant street in the old town. Wonderful and attentive staff, making the stay extra special.

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€

the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza

It is a small hotel though, so there will be less choice than that of a larger hotel. The pool area I liked and I was always able to find a sunbed

If you order a drink, they'll bring it to your table or lounger by the pool. You can pay for your receipt when you leave

A very nice, not too big hotel. Not just the rooms, but everything was very clean. The room wasn't very large, but everything was there (even a table and desk, two chairs, and a refrigerator)

The room is cleaned daily, and the towels in the bathtub are replaced. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff

(It was unusually hot when I went in June, so the air con was a godsend!) I did find the food disappointing, and if I stayed here again, I would do room only. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was very limited on options

There are roads around you can find a space to park on, but I was never able to park closer than a 7 minute walk away, so that could be an issue if you have accessibility needs, etc

Was decent stay defo not the nicest hotel but it was near a lot and a had a pool so did the job.

You can hardly sleep at nights because most of the people in the hotel celebrate, also during the week. The pool is clean and the room is nice. Rooms don't get cleaned up every night.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were excellent, with a stunning view of the sea and the Old Town

We really liked the hotel, especially the location and the views. The staff were all very friendly. In the evening we went up to the nightclub for a drink and there was a great party atmosphere.

Hostal right at the seafront of the port. Great atmosphere day and night with screens to watch live sports + tapas bar. Perfect to watch the world go by

Reception staff surly bar lady lovely. Key didn’t work and lack of lift was a chore. Shower door totally clear had to hang a beach towel for privacy

It was all a disaster… booked through trivago where the correct dates were entered, on trip. com I don’t know how for some offers, but they must understand the dates were postponed by a couple of days

We contacted them the day before leaving and the answer was… DON’T WORRY!!! Since then we have been on the phone for at least 5 hours… at least 60 phone calls in front of 8 witnesses and the exhausting dynamic was always the same

All in front of the customers of your hotel and your employees. Ruined holiday… we had to spend crazy amounts to find another solution in Ibiza and they wanted to give me €30 refund on the next booking

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there

com, the hotel advertises a pool, but it doesn't exist! Housekeeping was done once in four nights. No shower gel! Comfortable bed and decent location for the island and the price

Room in the center of San Antonio, good location, clean and quite acceptable value for money The best thing was the water pressure in the shower, it had enough and it came out hot

Location - Cala De Bou is a lovely area, the hotel is 2 min walk to the sea, a few small supermarkets and restaurants around, more on the quiet side for dipping in and out of the chaos of San Antonio itself

One negative was how close it is to a terrible club next door called Plastik, it’s open till 5am so if you stay I’d ask for a room that faces in land as the sea view rooms face the club and the bass can be heard easily

It was awesome, nice shows at the evening. The food was also great and the entertainment was the right amount to be fun and not at all to much.

Hotel was a great price and only 7 min walk from the beach front. Pool was unheated and not in the sunshine until later in the afternoon

The only negative thing I could say is that the hotel doesn't have a pool but to be honest this isn't an issue as the beach is directly across the road and there's a lovely pool 2 doors up (100 yards) which all hotel guests can use

For a pool, there's a top rate public pool that's only half a block away. The pool also has a bar and grill

I made a bargain for my 4 days stay so i can not complain (50€ per night). Hotel has a bar/cafe included with really friendly staff. Also hotel staff is very friendly

The location of the hotel is great – it’s right in front of the beach and close to some shops and a party street. However, what’s unfortunate is the blatant drug dealing happening openly in front of the hotel

This is our second time at this hotel and the location and proximity to the beaches and prime location of playa den Bossa makes it hard to beat! Great value for young people or younger couple, wouldnt recommend for families though since it is definitely more of a party vibe can get noisy but this is to be expected

Clean room, great staff, air conditioning because there is a lot of street noise to the WEE hours therefore had to shut the patio doors, great internet, excellent location

Very accessible! Check in hours are flexible and that was amazing for us as we had arrived very late in the evening! Staff are very friendly and the accomodation is safe and secure! This was better than the resort we had stayed in the previous night

This place is super clean, fresh, the state of the rooms definitely deserves a higher rating than it has. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thorough cleaning every day by super friendly lady

Staff was very friendly and polite, they explained where to go and to do, as we were first time in town. Room was big enough and clean with a comfortable double bed, aircon, desk and wardrobe

The reception is a bar also where you can eat some or have a coffee. Sunset at Cafe del Mar is amazing. Energy breakfast at The Skinny Kitchen was good at reasonable price

We stayed at the big and comfortable superior rooms. Fast wifi in the room. Breakfast is basic but it will keep you going through the day. Price for value is awesome!

It was all I needed for a 2 star hotel. Location was great for getting about San Antonio. The restaurant/cafe downstairs is great too.

Everything was great! We stayed in the new building, newly renovated, clean, everything was beautiful and high-quality. The internet worked perfectly. The bed and mattress were comfortable, we slept like babies

Excellent location with 5 minutes to the bus station and San Antonio Port. The room is newly renovated and clean. It will be better if it has a small pool but overall it’s good and would recommend to others
