2 swimming pools, all inclusive in a quiet location, only 5 minute walk to boat to go across the bay

Breakfast was not so good! But all the staff was great, espacally Paula, Albero etcpp Luis was very funny

Far from the parties near from the beaches actually it was very nice, rent a moto for traveling that's it

There are only double and triple bed rooms (one large bed + one single small bed) The breakfast in the hotel is rich. The large swimming pool is more fun, but there are many people

Me and my son went on a last minute weekend away, Bruno and all the other staff were very helpful at reception. And although we werent able to extend check out, they accommodated us to use the facilities all day

Beds werent that great, but my son said they were fine so maybe its personal preference. Ive seen lots of negative reviews about this place but we were happy and we will definitely be coming back!

Friendly small hotel in the grounds of a much bigger hotel. Adults only with adults only pool and access to the beach. Able to use facilities of the larger hotel i. Well worth a visit for a relaxing break

Prefect all inclusive hotel, adult only including child free pool, food is typical Spanish cuisine..

Being in this place was the best experience I have ever had. It should have more stars then it has. Great staff, delicious food and sangria 🤩🌴🌅🍹🍕🧀 Rooms are clean and decorated in a good style, everything deserves for 5⭐

It is a small hotel though, so there will be less choice than that of a larger hotel. The pool area I liked and I was always able to find a sunbed

If you order a drink, they'll bring it to your table or lounger by the pool. You can pay for your receipt when you leave

A very nice, not too big hotel. Not just the rooms, but everything was very clean. The room wasn't very large, but everything was there (even a table and desk, two chairs, and a refrigerator)

The room is cleaned daily, and the towels in the bathtub are replaced. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff

(It was unusually hot when I went in June, so the air con was a godsend!) I did find the food disappointing, and if I stayed here again, I would do room only. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was very limited on options

There are roads around you can find a space to park on, but I was never able to park closer than a 7 minute walk away, so that could be an issue if you have accessibility needs, etc

As the crowd around the pool got busier and the noise got louder, we would head to the beach for the afternoon. Worked absolutely perfectly for us! Breakfast every morning was plentiful and fresh

PRO'S The hotel is in a brilliant location. So close to the beach, very short walk to Lidl and close to bars and restaurants

There were kids there but so few it wasn’t noticeable. Pool area is well looked after. Pool toilets/shower are well maintained. Pool and beach beds are very comfy, not those plastic type of beds

There’s no reserving beds but some people did, it would be nice to see the hotel enforcing that to discourage the melts that think they’re entitled to certain sun beds. Beach is lovely and the water was warm in June

Room was incredible (premium sea view). We’d go again, but think 5 nights is probably optimal

The rooms are very beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail, the staff is very kind and helpful and the a la carte breakfast was amazing. I'm very grateful to the staff, we had a lovely time

Very comfortable, clean and great breakfast. Well located in / on the edge of the old town and right next to the ferry port so very convenient if you’re planning to catch the ferry to Formentera.

We stayed for 5 nights as a couple after 5 nights in ibiza town. Great hotel, loads of staff about, all very friendly. I think it’s more adults and if there’s a lot of kids that’d spoil it a bit

Had truly an amazing stay here in October. Did initially not book a room with a sea view, but got lucky and was assigned one. The room was just great and sitting on the balcony while looking out at sea was truly amazing

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has extras like hire for beach umbrellas and a courtesy shower room for after checkout. The pool is small, but there are more than enough loungers for everyone

With a 20 second walk you are at the beach which is great because after a swim I could just immediately walk over to the hotel. Also there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stop also really close by

Superb DJ playing chill vibes around the pool. Great that you could choose a bed for no extra charge. We had such a fantastic stay here , we will definitely be returning

For a next time I know that I will be booking a room with a sea view. Room itself was super nice, clean and lots of space

It is within walking distance of two stores selling basic groceries, multiple restaurants and right on the beach. It isn't the glossiest of beaches in Ibiza but an easy one if you want a quick swim

Staff was super awesome, so helpful. Location is great if you are looking to party around, O Beach next door and you get 50% off entry plus 1 free drink, which kind of equate as free entry which is 40 Euro

**Facilities:** The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe

Great staff and good breakfast selection. Room clean and tidy. We are here in off season so pool heating not on but not a problem for us personally.

The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the pool a nice size too

Honestly it’s such a gem that I considered not even telling you guys about it so it doesn’t become overcrowded. In a sea of overpriced garbage with horrible service in Ibiza, Tres Torres consistently delights me

The rooms are great, sea views great, beds very comfortable, extremely clean, good showers, hot water with good pressure, daily cleaning, and the included daily breakfast is excellent, always including eggs, meats, fish, fruits, cereals and breads, even avocados

It’s right on the boardwalk of Santa Eulària, so you have dozens of restaurants and shops walking distance, and even a small quiet sandy beach

For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing. There was also a contruction site nearby which was noisy at times. The pool area was nice but they played the same music on loop for hours - change it!

Nice breakfast to set you up for the day too and a lovely man and women were working at the breakfast, not sure of their names but so nice. Highly recommend staying here

Food was average I had to send back crispy gyoza as they were cold when I got them bk they were the same ones which is fine but they were still cold and the sauce that to accompany them was out of stock (end of season) service was slow and chaotic I know we are large group but we waited ages for drinks etc alot was out of stock because it was end of season

We arrive on a Thursday afternoon we order food and some drinks, they only had one type of beer on draft no bottle beer no cider and only one type of white wine, we asked if they could get beer in as we are staying for a few nights but there answer was its end of season so that wouldn't be happening

Lovely looking, quirky… Very average in reality A lovely looking hotel, very average service, our visit in September meant the pool area was 90% in the shade all day

we were looking for some ice for room was told "No" as bar was closed, the staff were still behind it, was told by a very rude woman to go to the supermarket in the middle of the tarantul rain thunderstorms and lightning while she shouted supermarket at me with her back turned didn't even look at me

Bar outside wasn't opened or no dj for the 3 days ( to be fair the weather was very bad) but no other options are substitutes offered Breakfast had a good choice of food but was always cold has to get it heated up every morning to the annoyance of the staff, the plates were very small

The Grand Hotel Palladium is one of the best places to be. I like the calm and elegant atmosphere. The service is unobtrusively polite and very helpful. The view to the sea from the terrace is truly breathtaking

Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car

We had a rental car and we got free secure parking. .the staff were very nice...pool very quiet not loud at all... i will go and atay there again when i visit ibiza. Breakfast was very good! Thank you,petra

Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals

We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel

Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches

It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food

Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars

There was a very basic kids club, definitely not a place where you can leave the kids and enjoy some time by the pool. There was a mini disco almost every night at 9pm

Cool hotel if you wanna party all day by the pool. Not the best of places if you're a sensitive sleeper. The pool is small but great party atmosphere around it. They have pool a table and table tennis area too

Good hotel. Short walk to strip but still quiet. The buffet breakfast and evening meal had plenty of options. Decent sized pool and nice clean rooms.

We did not find the walk up and down the hill an issue but if you do the hotel can arrange transport or there are taxis easily available and for a reasonable price

The service was outstanding and the staff very welcoming and helpful. It is a pricey hotel but for what you get it is good value and we felt worth it

3* to 4* tops Hotel Not a 5* Hotel feels tired. The pool should be classed as jacuzzi not a pool. The mattress was cheap and springy. Pillows all synthetic & not 5* quality. Only provide 1 complimentary bottle of water

Everything was over and above our expectations - all staff, room, bathroom, food, and location. We look forward to spending more time, next time.

We stayed here for 4 days at the end of October and had an amazing stay. Location is excellent in the old town

The bathroom was well equipped including a Jacuzzi bath. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options both well prepared. Hotel transport back to the airport was a real bonus , Staff were excellent in every department

Location is perfect for getting the bus from the airport, 10/15 minute walk once you get off the bus. Very sad we didn’t get the weather to use the pool. Got one sunset and it was worth the pool view room

The pools a good size and there was no shortage of subbeds (I was there mid June)

Location was great, a 15 minute walk from bus station and the egg in one direction and the same in the opposite direction for Mambo/Cafe Del Mar. Surrounding area quiet at night. 2nd stay there and going back in August

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, professional, and happy to help. His outstanding customer service made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay

Single bed mattress was a bit hard but that’s just me, I stuck the duvet in the wardrobe on it like a topper then it was fine. Was there for 5 nights this time and the friendly cleaning staff came in every day

The guests and staff alike were fun and friendly, though maybe that’s the place? The room was surprisingly quiet for all the partygoers staying there, and the balcony was a perfect spot for an evening cava

The area is great with many bars and restaurants and beach within walking distance. The pool and bar downstairs are also fun hangout spots if you want to stay in. Taxi stand right outside the hotel

The hotel was execeptionally clean and rooms were a nice size. Bar staff were friendly and helpful as was the front desk. Would recommend staying here based on value, cleanliness and convenience.

Not only that if your flight is late and you check out at 12 you get to use a locker for free, all of the facilities and a shower and changing area to get you ready for the journey to the airport

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there next time. The room and facilities are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help

Climate Control: We found our room extremely hot at night, with temperatures reaching 22 ext{°C} to 23 ext{°C}. Since it was "out of season," the air conditioning had been switched off centrally

If they can resolve the seasonal AC issues and reconsider the parking fees, it would be a perfect 5-star stay

Areas for Improvement While our stay was largely positive, there were two specific areas that impacted our comfort: 1. Parking Charges: The hotel is located in a slightly isolated area, making a car almost a necessity

This made it quite uncomfortable to sleep; regardless of the month, guests should have the ability to cool their rooms to a comfortable temperature. Verdict: A beautiful, tech-forward hotel with a world-class team

This hotel is situated right on the beach strip which ideal for bars and the beach. The room it self is slightly dated but understandable for the price.

Third stay in 12 months, bought the husband this time for first week, we were allocated one of the new refurbished rooms, yet again was a lovely stay, even storm Alice didn’t get in the way, staff and clients all bunched together and watched from inside! Daughter and granddaughter flew out for the second week, ( they are still there) and they were given the room next to us, we didn’t request this,...

Had a great holiday in Ibiza despite storm 'Alice', cannot praise the staff enough, Jessica and Eva on reception both helpful very patience thank you both. Our complements to the chef and all bar staff

I was a little bit dubious about booking as I usually ensure any rooms I book have a balcony as I like to sit out & see things & to be able to dry out my towel & swimwear

The balcony is very smart, spacious and has an incredible view, especially when the sun is setting

A slice of luxury! This is a boutique family friendly hotel, located near the beach and activities so much so our 5 year old loved it. Two pools, one for adults that we didn't frequent and no rushing/queueing for beds

Excellent location, few minutes walk to lovely beach, bars, restaurants, shops and water taxi. Beautiful complimentary yoga flow

No one takes the loungers in the morning, you can always get a fresh beach towel by the pool. The bartenders are friendly, the breakfast is excellent!

Excellent hotel, great area by the pools, with good wooden loungers. The hotel seems big, we were there in early August, but there are no crowds by the pools and in the lobby, everything is very measured and calm

Clean room, great staff, air conditioning because there is a lot of street noise to the WEE hours therefore had to shut the patio doors, great internet, excellent location

Adequate Nice room, clean, wrist band room key was ideal, but takes some use too wearing it around. The wristband is not to be removed until departure. Near the beach, restaurants & bars
