The service was great. Smooth Check in and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was also pretty decent.

Beware, this is a party hotel! It's incredibly loud at night, with slamming doors and loud music. Only suitable for partygoers. Mostly young partygoers. Dinner is good. Staff is very friendly, though.

There is a lot of noise between the rooms and the sound is not well insulated. The bed is not very comfortable. The service is good and I admire the cleaning service for all the work they do with tourists who leave the rooms destroyed. I saw them take out bags and bags of garbage.

We stayed here as a group of friends going to Ibiza. We just wanted a basic hotel, in San Antonio and this ticked most boxes. The hotel was clean, pool was nice, was €3.50 a pint down stairs, food was nice. It was a 10min walk for disco bus, 5 mins to Ibiza rocks, 15 mins to mambos and 20 to ocean beach. So an ideal location for most San Antonio party events

Hotel rooms are basic but very clean. Showers are powerful. The reception area, bar and pool area are perfect. Drinks prices at the bar are reasonable. Overall, the hotel was ideal for us. Lively enough but we were never disturbed by any noise.

We have bern coming here for 9 years, both with our children initially when it was Marina Palace and as a couple as its evolved to Can Salia, which is perfect for us. This hotel is situated right on the beach strip which ideal for bars and the beach. The room it self is slightly dated but understandable for the price.

Pacha is a brand in itself. The rooms are spacious, modern and interestingly decorated. Close to the old town of Eivissa (Ibiza Town), there is parking, the area is nice. The hotel is very good located. No noise from the public streets. Around 500mtrs from the streets with pubs and clubs. Rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbours talking. The rooms are clean, wifi is good, small fridge.

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€. the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza.

On Trip.com, the hotel advertises a pool, but it doesn't exist! Housekeeping was done once in four nights. The trash was never emptied. Towels were changed once. The sheets had yellow stains. No shower gel! Comfortable bed and decent location for the island and the price.

Iv been coming here since 2015…. We had the most magical unforgettable wedding here - and since than come back every summer !:) The location, scenery, food, service, and staff AMAZING! What a place! I've been visiting many accomodations in Ibiza, a place I love, but this is by far my favourite. The suites are big and with a unique touch. The overall experience was 5/5, including the dinner with vegetables from the garden and the spa area, an oasis of incredible peace reminding you of more exotic places.
