Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from pleasant. I had reached out both by email and phone prior to our arrival to ask about parking, but never received a response. When we arrived, we were told there was public parking available for €15 at another hotel about five minutes away. In reality, it took closer to 8–10 minutes due to the confusing streets and access.
The biggest issue, however, was the reception staff: incredibly rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. Not once did we get a smile or feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and newly renovated, but completely lacked character — it felt sterile and cold. To make things worse, it was located right next to the staff cleaning area, and we were woken up early in the morning by the sound of doors being slammed repeatedly.
Overall, this was an experience to forget. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Sadly, the hotel showed no compassion or flexibility. They refused both cancellation and date change and simply kept the full amount we had paid. In such difficult personal circumstances, we expected a more human and understanding approach — a date change would have been appreciated.
This lack of empathy and customer care was very disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be booking with them again in the future.

There were two complimentary bottles of water, and the minibar refrigerator, which was available for a fee, had plenty of space, so I was able to keep things cool.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot food, ham, cheese, yogurt, bread, and even raw honey.
However, there were bees in the room, and they were flying around outside the curtains all night. I'm not sure if they were there during room cleaning, but it was a bit of a concern.
The bedsheets were clean, but one of the pillowcases had a stain, which was disgusting. While it's a beachfront location, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.
The espresso machine in the breakfast area seemed to be malfunctioning; the milk came out clumped when I made a latte macchiato, and the coffee was weak. The only other options besides coffee were milk and tea, so I preferred juice or water. There was no information about the spa when I checked in, and I only found out about it during breakfast on the day I checked out, which was a bit disappointing. There was also no information about the Wi-Fi.
