Hotel was really nice staff were nice enough breakfast staff were a bit rude and the swimming was quite cold although it says heated! Location was quite good walking distance to most things!

The hotel is generally good, in a great location with friendly staff. However, it's crazy that I booked double rooms with king-size beds for our group of six friends, and this was confirmed. Unfortunately, five rooms were provided with two single beds, each 90 cm wide. After one room wasn't ready, I was at least able to get one room with a king-size bed.
The travel agency, Trip, seems to have made the mistake. However, since I received no response after multiple inquiries, including to a responsible member of management, and no printed reservation confirmation was provided, I'm quite certain the hotel is responsible for this unfortunate downgrade of the rooms.
Perhaps I'll eventually receive a proper response and an apology from Trip or the hotel.

Convenient location, renovated hotel entrance, and tasty breakfasts.
However, my room was located next to the staircase and it was very noisy due to the lack of soundproofing. I could also hear water draining whenever the neighbors took a shower, which made it difficult to fall asleep.
In addition, the photos did not match the reality.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the center. The staff is friendly and helps to solve any issues.

Had a 1 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend this to anyone.
The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble.
The crowning glory is the roof top Sky Bar with the most amazing views of the city.

A great stay in Mallorca. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. 10/10 and I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Made the trip unforgettable!
They have three different pools but we didn't get to try them. They also offer a wonderful buffet breakfast for a price but it was worth it. There's also parking but you would need to contact them to ensure you secure a spot. The parking can be a bit difficult to park in but expect that in these parts of the world.
The hotel is located close to the center but far enough in a quiet area of the town, allowing u to unwind.
I would 100 percent book here again if I go back.

Easy walking distance to some sights and bicycle routes. Breakfast is great in the morning. Gym is basic. Sauna nice and clean. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff is amazing and easy to communicate with. Definitely will stay again

Great hotel, friendly staff. Impeccable room. Breakfast was fantastic and an ideal location to explore the old city. Parking is expensive even for staying guests at 16.50 euros a day
