l of the apartment in which we stayed for a week was nice only thing that I point out, and the few kitchen utensils available , dirty plates, broken and cleaning very poor .

Terrible and extremely dirty hotel, they simply ruin your vacation. They dont refound eventhough the conditions are outrageous and being sick from staying there!

This hotel was perfect for us. It's situated in the Cala Major area. Everything you need is nearby but the hotel itself is in a quiet/peaceful street. The staff was very helpful. The hotel has new owners (took over one moth ago), and many improvements are made already. The hotel has got 18 rooms. Our two rooms were quite big, one of them with a lovely balcony. Both our rooms had small kitchenettes. The hotel also had a nice back yard with a pool. No doubt about us going back to Mallorca, no doubt about us staying at the same hotel next time.

Very disappointed. Was there in 2015, then it was good. Come back in 2016 and it was not a pleasant experience. So dirty everywhere. Only 2personal in the entire hotel, so you can imagine all the not time. Will definitely not return.

Excellent location, good sized rooms, pleasant staff. Close to the beach, bus stop into Palma and the taxi rank. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A recently renovated 17 apartment complex in a lovely location, close to the Illetas beaches with a great swimming pool. Wonderful staff and a very switched on owner. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Many thanks. Carol and Ian, Holmfirth, UK.

Affordable hotel with nice rooms and great staff
We had a great time at Lis Hotel. The rooms are recently renovated and were great, with good air conditioning, curtains that made it dark and comfortable beds. We stayed in a studio which was small but according to the price still very affordable.

The rest of the hotel is still not renovated and quite old, but this part will ne renovated too.

The staff were super! So friendly and helpful. And the policy that we could have free water, soda, coffee, beer and wine was just perfect :)
