Warm and friendly hotel, well located near the beautiful beach, equipped with clean rooms and good service. The friendly staff will make every effort for your comfortable stay. The hotel only accepts adults over 16 years!

Location: on the island of Tenerife, 90 miles from the southern airport of Tenerife, in Puerto de La Cruz.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Just 95 rooms.
Beach: public sand and gravel, 500 m from the hotel, 3 line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – for a fee.

Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future.
Pleasant stay. Good thing was able to get UK TV eg BBC1 and ITV. This is very unusual. Rooms were nice with kitchen area.
Was not impressed with breakfast, it was OK but missing some items. Good value. Recommended.
There is no ventilation in the rooms (no a/c or fans), you have to open the windows to get some air.
Also, rooms are dark.
You can hear all the surrounding guests like they are with you in the room.
We made a reservation asking for a place for parking and a crib. There was no room in the parking lot, we had to look for it on the street, and no crib in the room (though they immidiatly brought us one).
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Not wheelchair accessible (or baby stroller...), There's a lift, but with about 10 stairs leading to it (?)

We ordered the Tapas taster plate, where you receive 7 tapas chosen by the chef. It was rather awful. Out of the 7, 3 were cold salads that seemed like an excuse to get to the magic number 7. Tapas were bland, absolutely nothing special. The bread (which they charge you for) was stale as can be
