Just home @11 nights in RH Royal. From beginning to end we found the hotel absolutely fantastic.. Food, drink, staff, room, cleanliness & location were superb. Guests were extremely friendly & enjoyed great company night & day. Calm atmosphere wheather around pool area, restaurant or seating areas. On edge of old town so 15min stroll to strip or 5min in to town. We will most certainly return, many thanks, Michael & Kelly Di Vetta 😎

We are Just home from 11 nights at this fantastic hotel one of the very best in Benidorm in our oppinion. Food excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Our room on the 7th floor has recently been upgraded with walkin shower and ceiling fan, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided (also towels available from reception for pool) All staff very friendly and do a great job Special thanks to David who kept us entertained with game around pool and quizzes at night. This is now our go to Hotel when in Benidorm well done everyone on making our holiday so memorable Martina and Pat

The hotel was very friendly. Not far from the main beach and old town. Quiet for those not wanting the noise. Pool area lovely, food excellent. Staff very amenable. Most guests return every year. Activities most days , evening shows were variable in standard. Would definitely consider staying there again

The number 1 reason that I keep returning to this hotel is the staff. Without exception they are a real asset to the hotel. Friendly, helpful and always with a smile. And you get to see a great many repeat guests too, a mix of nationalities. The hotel overall has a fairly quiet and calm atmosphere, but enough that it’s anything but boring. Location of the hotel is another positive for me – very central so that its walkable to most places you might want to visit and on the doorstep of the old town. I was really pleased to see the refurbishment of the rooms – no longer tired and dark, the makeover gives them a clean, simple and bright feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything worked. A great walk in shower in the bathroom. It felt like the sound proofing had also been significantly improved. All commendable. Food quality and quantity was always good. With it being a fairly small hotel, there is never a vast choice on offer, but more than enough to satisfy even a fussy eater like myself. The bar area is always clean and tidy and the waiters attentive. A great choice of drinks on offer. If you’re staying all-inc through a package holiday, you’ll likely be “blue”, which gives you a good selection of wine, beer and other drinks. If you book direct with the holiday, or pay the small upgrade fee for “gold”, you get the full package including all the branded drinks. And I have to mention David, the entertainment/animation lead. Some great activities during the day (including wine and egg painting over easter, which was so much fun), some quizzes or interactive games in the evening, usually followed by a singer/band. David works incredibly hard and such a nice guy. Just not quite as nice as Narcissa :-)

We have just had a 4 night stay at this hotel and it was excellent. The location was fabulous, and the staff working both the restaurant and reception were friendly, professional and really helpful, as was the animacion guy (sorry we didn’t do your egg painting though!). Breakfast was plentiful, with bacon, eggs on grill as required. Evening meal had a nice variety. The rooms were clean, and bed particularly the pillows very comfy. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and would definitely recommend.

Stayed at RH Royal for a week, this hotel is excellent for food and the rooms are all newly refurbished and the beds really comfy. The entertainment manager is called David and he’s great at all the games around the pool. The evening entertainment is great too. I will definitely be back..

This is a lovely hotel near to the old town, with a short walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and the food is good (we were full board). I would return.

for me it was perfect tho not everyone's taste. staff were good entertainment a bit hit and miss. food good.room ideal.a bit strange tho you have to pay for bar in room even tho on all inclusive

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft.
I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean.
The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers.

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.

The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
