The hotel staff were great and really friendly, but the rooms themselves weren't very clean inside. There was also a water issue when showering; the water wouldn't drain, so it would accumulate for quite a while. I was in room 209.

it was just okay for what you expect for the price. good location if you have to catch an early flight at the airport nearby. the breakfast was not worth the money you pay for it though

No idea why this hotel is only 3 stars - from the last detail and design to the wonderful service and truly amazing breakfast, this hotel is probably the best place to stay if you want to be a 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and the mattress comfy. Just wonderful!

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location! Stayed 3 nights in one of their panorana rooms. The view of the sea straight from bed was stunning! Modern and clean hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it and the in house restaurant is lovely too! Highly recommend for a relaxing beachfront stay not too far away from the city center!

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Lots of food options nearby. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1.80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free.

A convenient location that's just in front of the entrance of the Alicante train terminal. Since Alicante city is suitable to walk for sightseeing, I recommend this place if you have train departure in the next morning.

The perfect location, it’s right next the Alicante Market. Staff are very friendly! My room was perfect and I highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the walls were very thins but besides I enjoyed my stay!

Good hotel with extremely friendly and polite staff. I can probably only point out 2 disadvantages: - Quite a noisy location. - There was only one socket in the room next to the bed. The second one was above the TV. You should also know that you will need to show your card number with which you made a reservation at the reception. This is the first time I have seen this.

We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable. Also the price is very good for Alicante. The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk.

The Cervantes Hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms were modest and not very new, but clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh orange juice, excellent coffee, and one of the traditional Spanish snacks. The staff was responsive and friendly.

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop!
