I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport. They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. We got the family room and it was big enough for our family of four. Nice location, friendly staff, nice and clean

Stayed from 20/02/26 until 23/02/26 took a €300 deposit only me and my son stayed so wasn’t part of a stag do or anything got told on departure that my deposit would be paid back as soon as the cleaner had inspected it we took videos of before and after as proof of no damage! As I’d seen some people had never got there’s back? Still not got it and don’t really know why but will take this further!!

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage...

We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. You can also find a air dryer on the bathroom....

The location is absolutely spot on - right on a pedestrianised street in the heart of the Old Town, about a hundred metres from Levante Beach. A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. The buffet breakfast, had many choices but unfortunately all the hot choices...were cold.

The hotel was great, spacious room, with terrace + fridge and the shower pressure was great too. They had events in the night but you couldn’t hear it from the room, which it was nice. Parking is possible if you ask reception since it’s chaotic to try and park on the street. Overall I had a great stay!

AMAZING winter brake. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy outdoor pools, but beside this almost everything was perfect in this hotel. Stayed here for a week in May 2025. I think I was the only English person staying which suited me just fine. I stayed b&b - there was always plenty to choose from and it was good quality.
