Hotel Benikaktus, Benidorm – A Fantastic Easter Getaway I recently visited the Hotel Benikaktus in Benidorm over the Easter long weekend with my two sons, and I'm delighted to say it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely fabulous very spacious and comfortably fitted with three beds that were a generous size, a step up from your standard singles. The beds themselves were incredibly comfortable, featuring what felt like memory foam style mattresses paired with lovely soft pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep after a fun-filled day. The standout feature for me, however, was the power shower. It was genuinely one of the best I've ever used so powerful it could literally take your breath away! To top it all off, the views from the hotel were simply amazing and added a real wow factor to the whole experience. Waking up to scenery like that each morning really does set the tone for the day. We had breakfast included in our stay, which was a very welcome touch. The food was lovely and set us up nicely for the day ahead. The hotel entertainment was great fun and, as you'd expect given we were in Spain, had a strong Spanish theme to it which we thought was entirely fitting and added to the atmosphere rather than taking anything away from it! The swimming pool was a real highlight for us. It appeared to be heated, as it was wonderfully comfortable to swim in without any of that initial shock you sometimes get with outdoor pools. There were plenty of sunbeds dotted around the poolside, all of which were comfortable and perfect for a bit of relaxation in the sun. Overall, the Hotel Benikaktus delivered a very pleasant and memorable Easter break. The three of us agreed without hesitation that we would happily return and that really says it all. Highly recommended!

What an amazing hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great choice of food. The showers are amazing and oh my God the views are beautiful. We have stayed at many other hotels in benidorm but for us this is by far the best one. Good location right next to the beach and easy access to the main town.

This hotel deserves more than 3*. Check in was seamless. Great location with views across Benidorm. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and the shower was really good plus nice fluffy towels. We had bed & breakfast, again the breakfast area had the great view and a nice ambience, a good choice of food and the service was excellent. Overall the hotel offers fantastic value for money.

What a find this hotel was! Just a stone's throw from Levante beach you step right into the heart of Benidorm. We arrived way before check in but that was no bother and we were given the cards to our room. My request of a high floor was granted and we were put on the 8th floor. We were absolutely blown away by the view, it was stunning. The room was modern, clean and bright with a huge bed and a handy fridge. The bathroom was lovely with a waterfall shower. An additional sofa bed and table and chairs were located in the area where you slide the windows open to embrace the view. Just sitting there looking out was so relaxing. We were half board and found the food lovely. There was plenty of choice with each dish marked clearly. There are stunning views of the sea and skyscrapers from the restaurant and bar area where you can watch the sun go down. Everyone is so lovely at the hotel, so polite and can't do enough for you. The ladies that cleaned the room daily work so hard - it was spotless each day. This is our third time in Benidorm and we've now found our hotel that we will return to in the future.

Beautiful view of the bay which is why I booked this hotel but unfortunately as there was no sun on the pool and it was covered by a roof this was wasted,the bar area downstairs had no entertainment apart from a man on a organ albeit very nice to absolutely no body,there was a smell of damp I noticed as soon as I entered the reception area,no tea making facilities or glasses by the sink in the room,I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I was disappointed ,the food was really bad too,annoying thing is is that I previously booked other hotels for this break and changed it to this

We did not have a good experience of this hotel food was poor and bar staff rude and very unfriendly.
The view is wonderful but the pool area is small,no access to the pool as surrounded by by sunlongers which are hard to get of the big pile.
Not for us but other residents were happy there.
