Despite the advertised and website info stating that there is Wi-Fi at the hotel, there isn’t, at all. In 2025 zero Wi-Fi at a hotel is unheard of but Hotel Rambla doesn’t have WiFi. The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Apartments are on top of a steep hill. There is a bus from hotel to beach on the plus side. Three lifts for 34 floors can sum times be really slow and very busy. Will have various pots and pans but may need to ask for more to accommodate making a full meal. Not alot of noise from other apartments only if their having a party🤔🤔. Having visited many years ago I can say that not a lot has changed apart from the clientele which are mostly Russian tourists. PROS- Great location only a short stroll to the main strip, fabulous sea views. The staff are lovely, the hotel isn’t the best but you get what you pay for it’s a little dated don’t like the fact that there’s no balcony’s the food has been woeful for the 5 nights we’ve been here breakfast has been cold after getting down there 10 mins after start. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

Lovely big apartment pool fantastic, we are 2, 71 year old lady's, we had a bed each (which is what we wanted because we are friends) BUT we would have appreciated 2 bed sheets each instead of 1 each, and we would have liked pillow cases on the pillows, apart from that lovely apartment.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach. Central to everywhere. The is a lift for ease of access, it is spotlessly clean. Valentino was available at all times....

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

There was a group of 7 of us who came for the Cheltenham Festival and stayed here. Honestly, could not fault the place. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The bar in the hotel is as cheap as chips which is another bonus - 3€ for a pint of Cruzcampo that's nice and cold, plenty of drinks and spirits available too. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean, balconies are huge no matter...

Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments. 150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. However check in is 5pm but we got let in at 2pm when we arrived which is a bonus.

Just spent a week here and was pretty basic don’t expect cleaners coming to your door because it doesn’t happen , don’t know about pool etc cause I didn’t go there but had a fine time

Booked premium room, roomy, clean, everything you need, air con was switched off due to climate, still too hot for me, missing table and chairs outside at the pool, I find it hard to sit/lay on sunbeds too long, you pay 1.5 euros a day for your sunbed, at first I thought this was a negative, but it was great, pay your money put your towel on it and it’s yours all day, no pressure if you go for lunch...

Good apartments only downfall you have to clean to get deposit back and you have to pay a deposit on the day you arrive but the rooms are good the staff are lovely it is a shame it doesn’t have its own pool it has to share but is a good apartment
