Excellent hotel, central to all amenities. A 5 min walk to the beach. Hotel very well kemp, clean and all staff are lovely. Always greeted with a smile. The rooms are a good size if your there with your partner and balcony is good also. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent and plenty to choose from (we never had dinner and we were only B&B) The couple we were with highly recommended dinner though. The pool is a good size and plenty sun loungers around the pool too, the snack bar at the pool has plenty of options for drinks/ food/ ice lollies. Would higher recommend this hotel for a holiday or even if you are just attending for a shot break.

Just back from 6 days here had a great time.Hotel was amazing.Food was lovely.Pool area very spacious and enough beds for everyone.Staff very friendly will definetly be returning here could not say anythin bad about this hotel 10/10.

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. Drop off is outside the front doors so no walking around corner or up a hill to reception. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. We were given 7th floor with a pool view. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Showers have choice of handheld shower or overhead rainstorm shower (which I love. ) Panoramic lift takes you down to lovely pool area with plenty of beds and space to sunbathe. Nice pool bar with snacks and more friendly staff. Pool tables and dart boards if required. Little park area for smaller children. We only come bed n breakfast and was not disappointed. Proper bacon as well as Spanish bacon. Yea is nice too. Fresh fruit so everything you need to refil. Literally two minutes walk to sinatras/ golden arrow/ old jokers. 5minutes straight line to tikki bar on beach. All in all I think I’ve found our new favorite hotel. Still here at moment and already talking of returning in the summer.

Lovely hotel ,clean comfortable, close to bars etc but still quiet , friendly staff ,nice food ,take a kettle if like drink in room.

There wasn't much in options for vegetarian, so I just had beans in toast or marmalade on toast. Vegetarian quorn sausages would have been great.
Evening entertainment was a singer, people were up dancing.
The rooms are great, very clean, good beds, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, does have a good mini fridge in room.
Plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls etc. The whole hotel is lovely and clean. Set a few minutes walk from nightlife so you do get a good sleep. First time in benidorm, so I have nothing to compare it to, but we enjoyed it.

May 15 for 4 nights myself my partner & 3 friends booked in to this i can only describe as a fabulous hotel. From the start the Venus staff were friendly & helpful everywhere was accessible only by key card so very safe. Fantastic restaurant with all types of food,wonderful pool area & entertainment in bar at night linen change every second day rooms spotless I would highly recommend this hotel Venus & will stay again.

A great place to stay. Very close to the bus stop to the airport and the train station. Free coffee and fruit juices in the reception 24/7 were great and they kindly looked after my bag whilst I explored on the last day..

Lovely food, friendly and helpful staff, facilities and location are great.
The bathroom doors are currently swing style frosted glass, no lock and have a huge gap all around, you can see through when using the toilet/shower. We did not appreciate the lack of privacy. For this reason alone we will not return to this hotel unless the doors are replaced.

Arrived today and currently staying in rooms 503 and 504. Extremely disappointed to find very limited privacy between bedroom and bathroom. Spoke to reception staff who were very polite and offered to move 4 os us to 1 family room whereby the beds don't face the glass salloon type bathroom door. Completely unacceptable to move from 2 rooms to 1. Called Jet2 Package Holidays helpline at 2.30pm and was told we would receive a call from the Resort Helper, 2 hours later called back only to find the Resort Helper had been sat in our hotel from 3pm to 4pm. I was not informed during my first call otherwise I would have waited in to speak with them. Informed on 2nd call that I would receive a call back within 48 hours, again unacceptable as we have booked for 3 nights. It is embarrasing enough to share a room with someone else in these circumstances but for someone with inflammatory bowel disease I feel it is so much worse and am sorely disappointed that Jet2 and the hotel are unable to solve my complaint in a timely manner. I am told all rooms are fitted with the same style bathroom door in this hotel. I find it difficult to understand how anyone would be happy to book this hotel if not a single occupant. It is a nice, clean hotel, staff are friendly but for for the 4 of us the lack of privacy outweighs the positives.

Absolutely 1st class, the staff are amazing, food is a very high standard, and the rooms are lovely.

This is hotel is a credit to the group, everything about it is exceptional, I arrived late evening on Christmas eve and the staff had put up a meal for me, salad cold meet and cheese, orange juice and water, I was blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff

And it only gets better, great entertainment and lovely surroundings, bedrooms are immaculate and again the staff are amazing, just a short stroll from the beach too.

I rarely give 5 stars but this hotel deserves every one, I have a few days left but I cannot complain about one thing apart from me putting on 2 stone with the delicious food.

Really is worth every penny and so pleased I booked here.

To the management and staff you really are exceptional, I stay in a LOT of hotels and you are better overall than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in
