Cleanliness perfect.
Staff perfect.
Food was the let down. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, but only on a room only basis. The food was the biggest letdown, although some ingredients were of an ok quality, some were not. The biggest problem I had was with the food temperature, everything was just lukewarm. The soup was the warmest food I had during the week we were there.
Would definitely return on a room only basis though.
The hotel was good value for money given its location.
Clean room with a good view.

Bad points :
Night staff rude and disrespectful and incompetent .
All tea and coffee in the room was extra cost.
All water was extra cost.
All drinks machines turned off for evening meals.
Very limited gluten free options ( bread roll and a brownie )
Unreliable elevators .
Don’t expect much sun on the pool.
With just a few tweaks it could be a good hotel but the penny pinching let it down for us .
