I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok. The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. The staff were friendly. Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy...

Perfect hotel in the middle of all the action of benidorm. Friendly, happy staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely book again soon.

Actually this is hotel with 3 stars.Hotel is old and beds are very umcomfortable.We csn try to change the room but they are not responsoble. Cleansing rooms is good. We got some old rooms. Air condition doesn't work. They don't deserved more than 3 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Food and drink top of the range. Pool area and cafe nice. Only one staff serving most days, although the hotel was full. Short walk to the beach and old tiwn. Quite a nice position. This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment. Not a bad hotel, although very disappointed in the spa area we had to pay 16 euros each to use , jacuzzi was cold , heated longer n jet showers not working . Water jar empty so couldn’t even get a drink of water .

We stayed in RH Corona hotel last week, we all were so impressed of cleanest, kindness of the staff and delicious food , everyday you could choose from healthy options,seafood, juices and fruits. Definitely will come back soon.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. We enjoyed the food which was buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lunch in the pool bar was excellent. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular and the staff are all lovely. Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

Hotel was bit out the way of the front cant really complain about that travel agent messed up on that but the food was discusting paid for bed a d breakfast that I didn't have . Food wasn't covered or heated constantly. Added photo what I had on day one only had one mouth full had to spit out as was cold and underdone I complained to reception kept saying to me no understand and didn't see a holiday...

Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach. Check inn was very slow but the staff were friendly. Our room 711 was a good size with a double and single bed. With a bath and shower over it. Definitely no soundproof in the room as you can here conversations from next door...

Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi. Levante beach is 10 minutes walk away. There's also a little hut around the pool that serves soft drinks, snacks, alcohol & food. Would definitely go back.

Lovely holiday. We had 2 rooms for myself ,2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. The rooms and balcony were great. The staff were very helpful. We had room only, but the food in the bar was great. Would defiantly stay there again.

I arrived yesterday 1/9/2025 and can not fault this hotel or the staff . We were greeted by Caesar on the front desk and he was helpful , friendly and welcoming . A real gentleman. There was nothing wrong with the breakfast selection . I thought it was great value for money . My room Is perfect with everything I need . I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport. They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. We booked a junior suite. Good sized room. There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel...

Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Excellent 3 star hotel I am only 6 days into my stay and the beds have been changed twice the hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice the hotel is right in the old town so you don’t get a sea view just buildings but that’s ok the food is good overall a lovely hotel I would definitely come back and look forward to my 4 days left here so Lovely hotel lovely staff thank you

A wonderful warm welcome on arrival. The superior room was clean and tidy with a balcony looking over the city. Staff were so friendly from reception to evening staff. Feb 2026. Nice hotel. Small, clean, quiet. The food is pretty good with lots of variety, loads of veggie choices and a fairly quiet dining hall. Generally people seem quite respectful. The staff are excellent without a shadow of doubt. It's a great location, very central, close to the beach and old town - literally minutes! Excellent choice of food on the buffets, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, salads, cold meat and cheese. Hot food choices included show cooking. Just finished up staying at this fabulous hotel for the week. We upgraded twice and ended up with a deluxe room, well worth the upgrade as it gives you access to a private pool. The hotel facilities are quite good, but the breakfast is the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. Everything else is OK.

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Even the drinks were fairly priced and we most definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in the old town 5 minutes from the beach, the rooms are very clean with toiletries provided the pool area is clean , and the staff are very friendly I am full board but you can do all food options l am here at the minute eating lunch the food is very good with enough options to suit anyone I'm in room 111 on the first floor facing the pool. Great location, hotel and rooms very clean. Lots of variety at mealtimes, bottle of wine available with meals. Starting with our booking in, the reception staff was very helpful. Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away. The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted. On top of that, great value.

It was a great value for the price on last moment booking. The promenade is few meters away and located in a quiet area, so we had a good sleep.
