Great stay in the penthouse apartment with sea view! Perfect location right by the beach, and with rental bikes or public transport you can reach Valencia quickly. The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Cleaning every two days, fresh towels daily, plus water dispenser and coffee machine in the common area – excellent service. The hosts are very responsive via WhatsApp, always quick and helpful with any questions or issues. Some parts of the apartment could use a little update, but it doesn’t affect the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Poor communication, weird check in service with two different entrance doors. Old room, tiny shower. Doesn’t worth the money spent.

Terrible service. Problems accessing the digital lock and no one available to assist. The room was cleaned one day, not the next. There is no Wi-Fi. The windows were left open and could be accessed by anyone from the street. Management's attention is terrible or non-existent.

Attic apartment has a beautiful view at the beach and sea. The service was excellent, room was cleaned to perfection every day. Love this place and I highly recommend it.

When I arrived at the room, we didn't have any of the amenities listed in the description. It was expensive for what they offered. The bathroom was tiny, there was no closet to hang even a jacket or pair of pants, and breakfast was a packaged roll. I think it's had better days.

I can't recommend this accommodation. The smell in the bathroom was TERRIBLE!!! They have problem sewerage system, the clean lady just said: "Yes, it is like that" and did nothing. We were on the 1st floor on corner room and you can hear everything from the street, how somebody is talking and traffic.
We booked the room with breakfast and got information several hours before check in, that they decided to close restaurant and we will get something in our room for the breakfast. It was cold sendwiches, some cookies and oragne juice, no coffee and normal warm breakfast.

We survived 2 nights, but I cannot imagin e, that somebody is coming on vacation 7 days and that you need to sleep in this room and enjoy your holiday :(

Good food ,great service ,moody atmosphere. Nice view from the outside terrace , quite and romantic in the interior garden. Great and professional the guy who served us , name Flavius . We even had one dessert cake from the house :) Prices normal, average 12-15 euro for a good meal. Good paella !
