Novotel Valencia Lavant in Valencia

Novotel Valencia Llevant delivers an excellent stay marked by genuinely warm and professional service. Check-in was impressively smooth — the staff were patient, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful tourist suggestions that made exploring Valencia easier. The location is another strong point: walkable to many of the city’s main attractions and just three metro stops from Joaquín Sorolla train station, making transfers a breeze. The mall just beside the hotel also makes it convenient if shopping was your thing. The rooftop pool area is lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, though the pool itself is on the shallow side. The gym is compact but clean and functional. Food quality was consistently good, both at the restaurant and via room service. Extra nice touch with some beverages and snacks included in the room. Overall, a modern, well-managed hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuinely attentive service — an easy recommendation for families and city travelers alike. 🏨🌞

This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.

The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground.
The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well. There is also a small but well equipped gym with modern machines.
The room is not large (19 m²), but it is functional and comfortable. The bed is big and very comfortable, and although the bathroom is also compact, it is sufficient and the shower is excellent. The room includes strong air conditioning, a safe, a minibar (extra charge), an excellent hairdryer, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. On some floors, there is a cold filtered water dispenser located near the elevator, positioned so guests never need to go more than one floor up or down to refill bottles.
Breakfast is served in the basement level from 7:00 to 10:30, except on the Saturday and Sunday when it begins at 7:30. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with even a dedicated gluten free section. The only thing that felt slightly below the overall standard was the selection of sweet pastries.
Service throughout the hotel is warm and friendly: at reception, during breakfast, and from the housekeeping staff. Reception provided helpful recommendations for restaurants in the city center, and housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us.
The hotel does not have its own parking. You can sometimes find public parking near the hotel in the evening, but because it sits within a busy shopping complex, it fills up quickly. The shopping center has a parking garage, and you can purchase a daily pass (for as many days as you need) for €15 per day, which allows unlimited entry and exit. The vehicle entrance is about 100 meters past the hotel, and the pedestrian entrance is directly behind it. Convenient and fairly priced.
Considering the hotel’s location, facilities, and high level of service, the overall value for money is very reasonable.

Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel València. The room was modern, very clean, and housekeeping kept it spotless throughout my visit. I had requested months in advance to be placed on a higher floor, but I was given a first-floor room without a view. This was understandable since I arrived early and was still kindly allowed to check in ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Checkout at 12 pm was also very convenient.

What stood out most was the staff — everyone was very nice, always smiling, and they chatted with me in such a friendly way that made me feel truly welcome.

On the downside, the pool and rooftop had very few sunbeds, as others have mentioned, so I ended up sitting on the floor. However, I was grateful that I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout, which was a big help.

Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The restaurant is also great. The service is very good. The only problem is that the cleaning agent smells a bit strong, and you need to open the window for a long time to dissipate the smell.
