Arrived at the hotel by taxi in the evening, couldn't find the entrance. A notice on the door directed me to check in at another hotel belonging to the same group, located 100 meters away on the main street. The hotel is situated in the heart of Valencia's historic district, making it very convenient to visit all the main attractions. It would have been more convenient if the taxi could have dropped me off directly at the check-in hotel entrance.
The room was spacious and basically well-equipped, though the only trash can was in the bathroom, and there were no tissues. Some rooms lack a desk, which isn't ideal for business travelers. The soundproofing wasn't great; being in a lively tourist area with active nightlife, there was quite a bit of noise until midnight.

Room and was basic but great and clean. Great location. Staff seemed stressed and receptionist said I couldn't have another blanket when I asked for one. Horrible attitude.

The reception is located in the SH Ingles, which is a bit of a hassle due to the commute, a fact not described on the hotel's website.
The room's closet is mostly occupied by the refrigerator and safe, leaving very little space to hang both clothes.
The cleanliness was good, and the amenities are new. The room was minimalist.
The pillows weren't very comfortable.
The location is right in the center, next to Plaza de la Reina, making it unbeatable for exploring the city on foot from the hotel.

I will try to stay as objective as possible, because it has one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. We booked three rooms.
Service:
One of the rooms smelled strongly of wastewater.
We complained, and the only option offered was a smaller downgrade room. Unfortunately, that room also smelled (though not as severely). Since management was absent and the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist could only provide that solution. She mentioned that Valencia has pipe issues. As a compensation, they offered free breakfast (which I did not use or care for) along with the downgrade.
The receptionist and maintenance staff were polite and tried to help, but they were not equipped or supported by management.
Service rating: 1/5 (one point only for their kindness).
Problem resolution rating: 0/5.
Facilities:
The building was separate from the main reception, requiring check-in elsewhere.
Lobby lights switched off automatically if you sat still.
Rooms looked decent at first glance, but the wastewater odor ruined the experience. The other two rooms (out of three) were fine.

The hotel was wonderful.
Our flight was delayed and the staff were great about our late arrival.
My husband’s bag was also delayed and the Reception staff were very supportive about helping us to get it delivered to the hotel.
Lovely room with a little balcony overlooking a quiet street.

Recommend having a Mojito at Cool - the small bar across the road from Hotel SH Ingles (Reception). Also, some great restaurants in the area - we loved the food at Espurnes.

Great location, clean and spacious room!
Right in the heart of Valencia. Easy to walk almost anywhere you wanted to see. Room was clean and spacious, had 3 terraces. Air conditioning worked well, fridge in room, comfortable bed and a safe location. Priced well based on comparable options, would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel. It is located in the very center of Valencia. The room is large and clean. There is a balcony. There is a tree with oranges growing right under the balcony.
The only thing I don't understand is why hotels don't have disposable slippers and disposable toiletries.
But everything was fine. I'm glad I chose this hotel

Nice hotel stay
I enjoyed my small suite as the size was just right and there were places to sit besides the bed. The bathroom was also very well designed. The location was very central to the places to visit. I really liked the breakfast too.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.

Great food. Great service. Great price. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. You can sit either in the terrace or inside the restaurant, where there's a nice view of the street at night.

You always surprise us with genius ideas, flavors, presentation, suggestions. All shale and adjusted price. Very varied wine cellar. Service is impeccable. Pity that it is so small the local.

Relationship quality-price is incredible. The tasting menu we were overwhelmed. Creative cuisine and traditional dishes too. We tried a sticky rice terrific.

Just had a delicious meal here - delicious food relaxed atmosphere and such friendly staff. Thank you for making our first night in Valencia so lovely we are coming back to try the tiramisu!
