When we checked in, the hotel wanted to take a 15€ deposit, or my credit card information, this was not stated anywhere during my booking, which upset me. Also, after I had already booked the hotel, the hotel administration sent me a letter to the mail with the rules, which were also not stated during the booking, that all the dishes in the room must be washed after yourself and your garbage must be taken out after yourself, this is not convenient and strange for a hotel. Because of this, we felt uncomfortable and uncomfortable, we would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it

This is a review of the restaurant only.

I went there for lunch on the 31st of Dec, waited for a very long time to even get a menu, finally, being ignored by the staff I got one myself. After finally asking someone to take my order I was not informed about the Menu del Dia option, and in the end we ordered pretty much the same food but paid more than we should have. As I heard the conversation at the next table, the waiter was trying to charge the next table the festive menu price rather than the regular, even though another waiter informed our neighbours that it's the regular menu's price. Overhearing the conversation I asked to change my order to use the menu, but was refused. The seafood paella wasn't good - definitely not freshly prepared, possibly reheated or overcooked. I had to wait and again fight for the waiter's attention to get lemons for the seafood. Finally, the bill came with an extra charge for bread we never had. On the plus side the waiter instantly corrected the bill, but you need to be vigilant and read it carefully. Overall, a very disappointing and overpriced experience with slow, inattentive service. There are many better places in the area with better service and food.

Unbelievable. From the second we got inside the restaurant, the staff was staring us down. They did not want us there. The entire restaurant was empty (understandable), but they still did not want to serve us, looking grumpy and impolite with everything they were doing.

The food: mid
The service: awful
The Temperature: -20 degrees

I have never been at a place this awful. One of the waiters literally looked like he wanted to kill us. We felt very unsave.

DONT GO HERE, EVER.

Probably the last time I’ll ever have paella in my life. The entire experience went downhill from the moment our order was taken. Dishes came out more than 20 minutes apart, from the starters all the way to the paella. We made the mistake of arriving hungry, which only made the long waits worse. The seafood paella was far from fresh, and overall the meal was deeply disappointing. I honestly recommend avoiding this place. Please 🙏

The food was good, but the service and people who served were a little impolite.
More then, what disturbed me more was the fact we ordered day menu with dessert included and at the final they charged us with two desserts. You can’t do that.
And another this was the tap water they charged with.
The food was medium.

We booked this place via vio.com, pictures looked good, but we ended up with a room has no view, well hallway view. Other than that, todo bien.

They have nice seating area in the restaurant, breakfast is good. Walking straight ahead to the beach area. A lot of restaurants near by.

Bring your own beach towel, otherwise it’s 6euro to rent.

The place was very beautiful and the decor was amazing. However, the red-haired waitress was not patient when we asked about the menu—she walked away and didn’t return to take our order for another 20 minutes.
There was a 35-minute wait between the starter and the main course.
People who arrived after us were served before us.
Also, the seafood portion was quite small for two people.
I won’t give a low rating, but I truly hope things improve.
It’s a restaurant that looks great and is in a fantastic locatio

The room exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay in the penthouse and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant

my husband and i got a table for 2, the lady who brought us to our table was very nice but as soon as we sat down and she heard that we were tourists they didn’t come to get our order. we waited 15 minutes for someone to pay attention to us. we left and went to the restaurant beside them. it’s a shame because the food looked delicious on the tables beside us. definitely not a tourist friendly restaurant
