enjoyed my week stay at the hotel.
One thing to note is the cafe. Since the hotel is just next to the ongoing work site of the new Roig Arena, the cafe functions literally as cafeteria for the construction workers at the site. The place is regularly packed with at least 30 workers waiting to be served. This means that despite their best efforts- service is slow and sometimes you can't find a place to sit for breakfast or lunch.

Location was a little further from centro than I would prefer but cabs and Ubers were plentiful. Overall stay was pleasant and there were no disappointments.

Good small hotel, good location
It's kind of a newer small hotel that is part of large residential building. My Rooms was very clean, but lacked a few things (e.g. small coffee maker or even a small fridge).there was no internet on the first day,so I had to reach out to concierge a few times. Also one of the staff had to come to my unit twice to make the safe work (absolutely no instructions in the room). Air conditioning was great. Bathroom was very clean, but had to block the water coming off the shower, moving towards the room. A very expensive cafe under the hotel, unfortunately it was very hard for me to communicate with the satff. Overall a positive experience. The biggest advantage: the location of the hotel.

Good and very clean rooms which are being cleaned daily with clean towels. Also the personel at the reception desk is very helpful if you need anything. They speak English.
The café downstairs has great breakfast and most staff in the cafe is very friendly, but most dont speak any English which causes confusion sometimes. The location is perfect close to the shopping mall and the Ciutat de les Arts. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop. Summarized: a good hotel for good price.

The hotel is in a great location with a restaurant down stairs with lovely and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, easy on street parking at the back.

We got to the hotel a little early and the friendly female receptionist was able to allow us to park the car and return later. On return we went to the room that was beautifully air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable.
Even as our room was above the restaurant area, the room was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday the staff were friendly and helpful

I was not a guest at this hotel but I have a lot of praise for the staff at the hotel reception.
Namely, I had problems with entering the accommodation nearby and I turned to them for help.
They were very kind and helpful, with their persistence and effort they solved my problem.

AWFUL hotel, MISLEADING photos of the rooms! don't believe the pics, it doesn't have palms view from windows! it has a view to the concrete terrace where everyone walking! and there are no pictures of this!!! mean mean mean manager, she blackmailed us telling that she only would refund 25% if they found new customers for our room, because we didn't want to stay in that scam hotel. We insisted on 100% refund, as pictures of our room and actual room were completely different. After that she said we DIDN'T SHOW UP, but they actually took scans of our passports, gave us one broken key card (which I replaced after, because if you lose it you pay €10, and you sign a paper for it!!!), and said it's a great and safe hotel and if we don't like something we need to call booking.

we paid for 2 nights and are waiting for a refund!

I regret I chose this hotel Arena Zone, it spoiled all the impression of Valencia and I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND DON'T RECOMMEND TO STAY THERE!!!! FUUU

She is lying about some alternative that they suggested. Oh gosh I can’t believe such people exist! You can lie to me and others but not to God! We first came to change the room and the guy receptionist told us they were fully booked. He didn’t speak proper English and that was everything he could help. After that we had to speak to rude and mean manager telling her we want a refund. I wish her to learn how to communicate with customers rather than learning how to lie and steal money from tourists.

The hotel room was simple yet efficient. However, the shower glass design could be improved, as it allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Providing more than one floor towel per stay would be a thoughtful addition since the towel gets soaked quickly, making it uncomfortable to walk on. On a positive note, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is fantastic for exploring the city.
