The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for exploring the city. However, our stay had several drawbacks. The doors in the rooms close extremely loudly, which creates a lot of noise and can be quite disturbing, especially at night. In addition, the staff in the restaurant were not very polite, which made the experience less pleasant. Another inconvenience is that the hotel does not have a dedicated luggage storage room. Overall, while the location is great, these issues significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

A fairly new hotel situated right in the center only a 5 min walk from the main square, rooms a modern, charging points on both sides of the bed, which was big 😀 and very comfortable, slept really good, bathroom is sleek, with a great powerful rain shower, just the thing to wake you up

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was basic but good, with fresh products every morning. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We asked to change our room because it was too warm, and they changed it immediately without any hesitation, which we really appreciated.
The location is central and perfect, close to shops, the metro, and many restaurants. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would recommend.

Lovely location and staff, room is big and nice showers but little things like ac not working and the bathroom door always hitting the toilet are a bit of a bummer and easy fixes!

Our Booking.com reservation confirmed we could check-in early (between 13:00-14:00), as normal check-in is from 14:00… upon arrival we were told that our room would not be ready until around 15:00 but we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel whilst we went exploring.
The room was beautiful, but there is a bit of a damp smell to if, not sure if it’s the AC or not.
Breakfast is basic but delicious.
The bed is SOOOOOO comfortable!!!

+ The room I was in was spacious enough, the bathroom as well. The rooms are clean. Lokatsija je odlichna.
- The room was dark due to insufficient daylight and poorly designed lighting; The TV is not SMART, it is not possible to use the android stick, and the offer of TV channels is modest and many do not work; the internet has a strong signal but insufficient capacity; feel free to skip breakfast because it is very modest.

Great location right next to Metro station. Staff is ok nice and fine no problem with that.
Room are nice bed was good, the only thing I did not like was that room needed some painting and maintenance.

First of all, the location is excellent. Nearby public transport, cafes and shopping. The rooms are okay as per the price value but the greatest disappointment was lack of services and attention. We had some power issues where the sockets stopped working. I called at the reception and they said they don’t have any room technician, so they can’t do anything. Luckily there was a power box inside the room in which one MCB was tripped so I turned it on myself.
On the same day the lift broke down and we had to use the service elevator which was again a big hassle. This hotel is in a great location but it is too shabby.

Overpriced we pay 750€ for 3 nights 1 room. Should be very nice breakfast but is nothing special..even no good espresso. Awfull nights very loud not from the streets, doors walls very bad i can hear next room what they do…and in the end 5 euro for 2 bottles water…avoid…

Great hotel for a short stay. Room was nice and clean ( a little too small if you are planning to stay longer, but for us it was perfect). The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so you could easily get everywhere. Metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

We had a full dinner in the small dining room here and had a lovely time. Food was all amazing, including the burgers which were well seasoned and massive. Drinks, starters, dessert and two mains for €40. Very pleased and would recommend.

Great little place for casual American style diner fare. The place is pretty big and the staff warm and friendly. The menu is quite extensive and they even have a prix fixe menu to choose from. The portions are huge, tasty, and the prices are decent. If you're looking for something other than tapas or paella, you won't be disappointed.
