The breakfast was average. What bothered me most was the cramped room and how noisy it was. I could hear conversations in the room next door, as well as guests using the toilet or showering.

Great location. No frills hotel. Beds were not comfortable. Decor was kind of cheesey. Lots of street noise at night. It was still warm in Valencia, but hotel shuts off use of mini splits in November, so the only way to cool the room was with windows open, but that added to the street noise issue. We had a hard time getting room cleaned. If you aren't ready when they knocked, you were out of luck that day.

Amazing location friendly service lots of restaurants. The room is not too big but perfect when you just sleep there and explore the amazing city.

Great location, the elevator is small and slow. If you are on top floors you could wait a lot, ao take the stairs.
Breakfast is not anything special, there are vegan options

Stayed for only one night. Warm reception. Great location in center of town, near train station and metro which is 35 minutes from the airport. Shortfall to most of the key points of interest. Room was clean and had spectacular view. See pics from 5th floor. I will definitely stay here again.

Right on the main square. Hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but could do with a little bit of more cleanliness. Rooms are serviced daily with towels alsa changed daily. Breakfast is not too shabby... cereals, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, coffee machine, bread, eggs and sausages and some other basics. If you're looking for a hotel right at the heart of Valencia... this should be your choice.

This was bar none, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. I checked in went up to my room and was surprised when the shower did not work properly (had one temperature which was scalding hot and it overflowed into the bathroom after running for 5 minutes) so I tried to use the sink to clean myself. I left and went out for a bit. When I came back later that night, the hotel had locked the hotel front door and did not have anyone at the desk so I could not get in. It was late at night and my phone was dead so I was forced to sleep on the street. When I asked the hotel if I could speak to a manager the next morning they said he was busy and could not talk to me. I asked about the possibility of a refund given I was locked out of the hotel and couldn’t sleep in the room I had booked. They said it wasn’t possible so rather than deal with this nightmare for the second night I had booked, I checked out a day early and went to stay at a much nicer hotel down the street. The Casual Vintage València is a trap. Do not stay here unless you think the above sounds like a pleasant experience.

Old and small rooms different from the ones I saw on the page, they needs a good upgrade all over. Very noise in the corridors because doors are very old with no sound proof you can hear every one walking and talkingeven durning the night. And Very noisy toilet when you flush . The noise the pipes do until it fill up again is like a vacum cleaner on high speed you can even hear the ones next to you again even during the night. Plus on the TV all channels are in Spanish so if you are tourist it's there for nothing.
The staff are nice the food is good and the location is brilliant but because of the room I will not visit again. Sorry.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.

I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.

This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.

Service here was friendly and that's all I expect!

Great food. Great service. Great price. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. You can sit either in the terrace or inside the restaurant, where there's a nice view of the street at night.

You always surprise us with genius ideas, flavors, presentation, suggestions. All shale and adjusted price. Very varied wine cellar. Service is impeccable. Pity that it is so small the local.
