I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

Excellent hotel and the best service I’ve experienced in any hotel in years. Every staff member was so attentive, warm & effortlessly helpful. They anticipated what we needed before we did. The hotel was outstanding. Perfectly located with great restaurants & a really nice spa & gym. Had a great relaxing massage. Stayed with family members for 5 days in November/December & would highly highly recommend this hotel. The homey suite was huge & very well stocked kitchen & lots of wardrobe space. Will definitely visit again. Lots of restaurants too within walking distance. Rooms very so quiet.

I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. I really liked that the hotel has a well equipped and thought-through gym. Jorge the Personal Trainer is one of the best PTs I have ever worked with. He tailors work-out to individual requirements. I highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel from start to finish. The location is perfect, only a few steps to the main square. They staff was incredibly attentive and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
During the 5 night stay I had breakfast at the hotel only once and it was amazing. It had a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The on-site restaurant was equally impressive, offering high quality dishes that made dining in a pleasure.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Only You while celebrating our birthdays. The staff's exceptional service made us feel truly special, and the beautifully appointed rooms were both comfortable and luxurious. The hotel's prime location made exploring easy, yet it was a peaceful retreat. The thoughtful surprises, for our birthday, made our celebration extra memorable. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! Everything is SO strikingly beautiful, with quality and attention to detail in every corner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was charming and had delicious drinks. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and the rain style shower was an amazing experience. Great location as well. I wish I could live here forever. Absolutely obsessed with this place and will be coming back one day.

I’ve stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world but this one beats them all hands down! The location is fantastic - quiet but also just a minute away from the main Ayutameno square. Little plaza next to the hotel is very charming, with a beautiful fountain and a few restaurants and it’s buzzing with nice energy. The room was perfect - it had absolutely everything you could think of. There is 24h room service and everything we ate at 5am was delicious. Pizza is so good - the best quality room service food I’ve ever had! Staff are so friendly and helpful and charming - we enjoyed every interaction we had with them. Right at the entrance is a florist and the smell from all the flowers is divine! I will definitely stay there when I’m in Valencia again - I won’t even consider looking at other options. This is a fantastic hotel 🤩🤩🤩!

Great food. Great service. Great price. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. You can sit either in the terrace or inside the restaurant, where there's a nice view of the street at night.

You always surprise us with genius ideas, flavors, presentation, suggestions. All shale and adjusted price. Very varied wine cellar. Service is impeccable. Pity that it is so small the local.

Relationship quality-price is incredible. The tasting menu we were overwhelmed. Creative cuisine and traditional dishes too. We tried a sticky rice terrific.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.
