All week, TV channels other than Spanish were out of order.
The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points.
The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly used stations are far away and definitely cannot be walked.
The hotel service is average, parking is not allowed at the door of the hotel, watching the old man pushing the box by himself, the waiter acted as if he didn't see it, until the road was uneven and the old man fell. I probably won't stay at this hotel after getting off the bus
Upon arrival, we were given a two-bed room. My partner and I went with them. I realized I had made a mistake when making the reservation. We called reception and they upgraded us to a city view room for free. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Pricey but if you want to taste excellent Paella in Valencia this should be on your list
Belgian salmon was good. Seafood paela was delicious but oily though. I have noticed oily dishes in different places in Valencia!!
waiters were grumpy and they need to learn etiquette and how to smile to customers. We did not tip them!
