They gave me a room with windows that wouldn't even close. I arrived late at night and was so tired. When I asked to change rooms, they said they had to call the staff again to check, so I had to come into the room twice. The staff wouldn't close the windows either. There were ants in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was a delight, served in an airy dining room with comfortable furnishings. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout offering good advice regarding trips and local sights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. She even provided a drink on the house when I told them what had happened and again I was met with the loveliest bar staff. Not to mention the room’s facilities are great, stylish and super comfortable.

Lovely hotel, close walking distance to everything in the old city and close to the Train station and metro. The staff were great and offered us an upgrade for our 30th anniversary, and which we enjoyed very much. Thank you Theresa and Ana. We also enjoyed the pool on the hot days.

My wife Severine and I Stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Nothing was ever too much for them and I’m particular Ester was so friendly and always on hand to help. We loved the modern look of the hotel and enjoyed our extremely comfortable room.

Such an amazing hotel for a great price. Feels very modern and upmarket. Very clean. The rooms are so well kept and great lighting. Nice big bathroom and rainfall shower.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.
