A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. The AC Hotel Colon is pretty ideal. The location is perfect - especially if you're arriving at the train station. The rooms are clean and well sized for a European hotel, and the included breakfast with our reservation was a massive plus. Their staff, however, was the absolute highlight. They helped with restaurant recommendations, logistics, and helped make us feel at home in October 2023.

The hotel is in a really good position. Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours. Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person. There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit. No sofas, just a small restaurant. Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night! Overall a good experience.

Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Overall, it's a very pleasant hotel in the city center. However, our room wasn't very nice, with a tiny window that let in almost no light. The bathroom needs renovation—dust billows out of the ventilation, the shower leaks, the walls are moldy from the humidity, and the toilet leaks.

We've had a very pleasant stay. We were staying in an apartment at Market Suites. The kitchen was well equipped, the room very comfortable. Staff was very nice and the breakfest was phenomenal. The location is perfect. The fact that we had to walk over to another building for breakfest (in January weather, with kids) wasn't at all a problem for us. I didn't stay in the hotel, but I came to the rooftop bar quite often in summer, and every time two bartenders were trying their best to spoil my evening. They were rude, never smiled (especially the older guy), they almost spoiled my birthday there. Thay have no idea what good service is. Yeah, and the prices were higher than the normal ones.
