20 minute walk. Bus and bicycle are the best way for transport from hotel to centre.
Gym is small but staff were very helpful.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone was great with kids, especially the cleaners, front desk staff, and restaurant staff. The most memorable employee was Jose Luis in the restaurant—super friendly and helpful!
The room was very clean and everything in good condition. The only downside was we heard our neighbors and the water drain pipes from higher rooms a bit too much through the walls.
The rooftop pool was refreshing, however it’s worth noting it didn’t have a shallow end; the entire pool was about 1,6m deep which wasn’t ideal for kids (or short adults). Maybe in a future renovation they could add in a shallow end?
Great location next to Gulliver Park and several key bus lines!
The lights in the room and bathroom were very dim.
Remember, this is a 4-star hotel.
The rest was fine, and the reception staff were always helpful.
One morning before 9am, a housekeeper entered our room without knocking or announcing himself. It was a bit strange and surprising.
The fitness area provided multiple high-quality treadmills and bikes plus a small weights section. The space was quite hot but fine, and the rooftop pool was nice.
The hotel‘s location is okay and the parking (despite being steep and narrow) is definitely a plus.
We chose this hotel because they were advertising the pool, but when we arrived, it wasn't open for the season. Had we known, we would have chosen a hotel closer to the city center.
Without a doubt, the best thing was the breakfast.
