Reviews
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.
I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. This is not a small issue — it is a serious safety problem. I was stuck inside with no proper help, and the repair person didn’t even come quickly. It was stressful and unacceptable.
What made it even worse was the staff’s attitude. Instead of helping or apologising, they were rude and dismissive. They said things like “this could happen in any hotel”. They even said my friends could have just gone out while I was locked inside — how is that an acceptable response?
After I finally got out, they expected us to continue staying in the same room with a broken bathroom door. Only after we argued and insisted did they agree to change the room — and even then, only the next day.
No proper apology, no responsibility taken from the staffs. We asked for compensation but they refused to give any.
Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room, its costly to iron in housekeeping,
We were lucky weather was wonderfull.
I would not hesitate to go there again, probably will take my travel iron with me.
Totally i loved the area and amenities surrounding it👍
The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

Located at the Roof Top of the Aqua hotel in Valencia has great views of the city.
Very creative and tasty food.
We went for New Year’s Eve, they had a special degustation menu with maridaje.
All courses were superb, high end quality wines and Champagne included
Courtesy transportation to their night club,
And our hotel.
Very expensive but New Year’s eve is a very special night.
Suppose that pricing on regular days is in line withthis type of high end restaurant.
Very attentive service, and Chef visible greeting all tables.
Great gastronomic experience.

Upon arrival around 9:00PM we were greeted by a friendly front of house staff. The decor is calming and covered in low light. The dinner menu was as expected simple but exciting. Vertical offers two menus for dinner Monday to Sunday - the Experencia Vertical for 90 Euros and the Vertical for 75 Euros. The menus included eight to ten dish samples that include vegetarian, meat and desert options. The flavors and combinations are superb and unique. Upon bringing each dish to the table the waitress described each dish in great detail in both Spanish and perfect English. The service was excellent. Upon asking for a non alcoholic cocktail the waitress suggested their version of a Virgin Mojito. It was a beautifully balanced drink.
