Disappointed with the hotel. It is not clear who gave them 4 stars. Dirty in the common areas and in the rooms. There are no double beds in the hotel. There are single beds pushed together. The breakfast is the same for all 10 days. They do not give you a change of bed linen and towels unless you ask. There is one hair dryer for the whole hotel. The Jacuzzi on the roof does not work. There are also no tea accessories. When the soap or shampoo runs out, they do not give you new ones, they suggest you go to the supermarket and buy some. Pros: - close to the surfers' beach, 10-15 minutes walk - hot water works well - friendly staff - the photos on the website are very high quality. Do not fall for them)) in fact - sad. Everyone buys a room with a balcony, and there are only 2 in the hotel, the rest are content with a view from the window of a concrete wall.

The worst hotel in the world!!! Ants and geeks in the rooms, never cleaned, no water! They offer a bike for rent, do not take it under any circumstances, they cheat you out of money! The hotel staff are just Sri Lankan scum! Very far from the beach, and from everything else!

Rustige lokatie. Zeer behulpzame uitbaters. Ze bieden je ook aan om persoonlijk te vervoeren naar oa Galle Fort en Unawatuna.

I don’t understand how this place has 9.5 rating in booking and 4.4 in google. The staff is very friendly and nice, they accommodated us with all requests, and we’re very grateful to them but the hotel is overlooking a highway type of road so you feel like you’re living in a motel, and it’s def not worth the price. Rooms feel very small, especially if you have more than 1 suitcase. Floors were extremely dirty - not visibly, but if you walk barefoot in the room or wear white socks, the soles of your feet will be completely black. It’s ok for a couple of nights but we couldn’t wait to move elsewhere.

If it wasn’t for the friendly and helpful staff, I’d give it 2 stars

We absolutely loved staying here. The place is brand new. The owner has built and furnished it to European standards. Beautiful bedding and wonderful bathroom. We found the owner to be very kind and helpful. It is a bit hard for general tuk tuk drivers to find the place because it is so new and a little way out of town so ask the hotel to send one of their local drivers to collect you when you need to get back to the hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
