We stayed at this hotel in December 2025. This gorgeous hotel is located at very convenient place. Room is large and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and kind. The stuff is ready to help in any moment. Thank you very much! Hope to visit this place again!

We loved our stay. All the essential amenities were there. Very clean and tidy. New property. Excellent location and the host was very hospitable. Room interior is very pleasant to the eye. Bed is super comfortable and most importantly the bathroom is spacious and clean.

10 from 10. Nice hotel owned by good local couple) I visited 4 hotels from Mirissa to Hikkaduwa and this one was the best by location and room renovation. There were always clean and good vibe. Question for some improvement: I would like more variety for breakfast and a grill with tables on the roof for a better customer experience.

The hotel is perfect! I highly recommend it! The location is super! Perfect cleanliness, air conditioning, fan, snow-white clean linen, drinking water in a cooler on the floor, beach towels, elevator!!! On the 2nd floor In general, everything is super! Thank you!!!

Lovely hotel, just a step back from the main road through Unawatuna. We had the warmest of welcomes from the owners who presented us with welcome drinks and cooling towels. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless with lovely fluffy towels. It was serviced daily. The bed was comfy with quality linens and pillows making for wonderful sleep. The aircon and fan combined made for a really comfortable temperature and air quality. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the service standards were very high. There were fresh supplies of coffee, tea and water in the room daily and if there was anything we wanted we just had to ask and it was attended to immediately. I had a load of laundry done. I handed it over at breakfast and it was ready for us in the evening. Security was good and we felt that we and our possesWe could sions were safe at all times. The safety deposit box was secure and worked well. We really appreciated that the property had a lift. The TV in our room had good reception. All in all this hotel is of the highest standard and we were treated like kings by the staff. We could recommend it to anyone.

This was really the best hotel in Sri Lanka! The owner, his wife and the lady who worked for them are really nice and the hotel is really clean and the owner made really good work with this building. The rooms are clean and nice and you can see, that they really love this hotel. I can’t write how nice it was. We will definitely come back if we will visit Sri Lanka. The street around the hotel was also one of the best places we ever met in Sri Lanka! Thank you so much for this nice time!
